Not only was Hayes Alignment & tire Service the only place I could get my vehicle aligned due to tire size, Chris Harris made it very easy and worked with me to get my vehicle done! I truly appreciate the effort he put in to get my needs met! 100% recommend this company!

I first began bringing my car to Hayes a few years back when I had moved away from home to attend University. Being out and on my own was nerve wracking… especially when it came to car troubles. I can say HANDS DOWN, Hayes is the best local automotive shop to bring your car to, and they have been able to help me with a variety of issues over the years including routine maintenance, battery changes, light bulb replacements, and even replacing my AC compressor belt. Hayes has always been extremely helpful in getting my car squeezed in to their busy schedule whenever I had a car emergency, and arranging for pick-up times that worked for me. I never once felt hustled or that I would be taken advantage of (I know absolutely nothing about cars). The staff at Hayes are very caring and compassionate, and come off as genuinely ‘good people.’ I am so appreciative I have been able to take my vehicle to this shop over these past few years and will continue to highly recommend them to all I know. My son and I were stranded in Alcoa after our brake spring broke on a Sunday night after everything was closed. I called these fine folks on Monday morning and they made it a priority to move us to the front of the line and get us back up on our feet and on our way. Within an hour of receiving the parts our vehicle was ready and they even drove over to the hotel to get us. Can’t say enough about their personable service and technicians. Thanks again guys!

Great experience. Another repair shop told me that they could not align my vehicle without replacing multiple parts. Not only did Hayes align my vehicle, but they also charged 30% less than the other shop quoted. Fair, quality work and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL experience here. I pulled in 30 minutes before closing with a hole in my tire. They fixed my tire and had me on my way in no time. My favorite part about the experience was getting to chat with some of the staff. It was my first visit, but this is definitely an establishemnt that takes pride in themselves and their work. Such kind people & an awesome place. 5 stars!!!

Worse than when I arrived! My Van pulls to the left when my steering wheel is straight! I don’t think the shims were replaced and adjusted!

I really like Hayes Alignment & Tire Service. I was glad to have lived just 3 miles away from them for a number of years. They're the only mechanics I would go to. They have 6 repair bays there. They do good work, and at a fair price.

This company patched my friend's tire, AND offered to switch the patched tire to the back (just in case some thing happens and the tire blows) all for free! Super nice people, great company.

This is my go to place from now on. I have always been treated kindly, they do not try to convince you to fix things on your vehicle that do not need to be fixed or replaced. They are honest, fairly priced, and get the job done in a timely manner. I will not go anywhere else unless they do not do the type of work I need done on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Hayes to others.

*** I SUGGEST READING THIS REVIEW *** Ask them to replace my steering components on front end and cv axles after waiting in the cold waiting room for hours on some used old couch with little to no customer service leaving my ride waiting for probably an hour I finally was able to speak with someone the repair took days and cost me more than $1000 (I have the receipt and will add it later) I also supplied my own brake rotors and had an alignment but $1000 for steering components I found as a kit on eBay for my truck that they sold individually is ridiculous besides once I came back to the shop they told me this total I felt uncomfortable nobody walked me out to my vehicle ****THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT GREASE THE PARTS**** they don’t do it prior to installing or after and I would have to do so myself or find another shop after inspecting it myself I saw multiple scratches on my BRAND NEW parts they provided I was overwhelmed I was upset and some of the parts we discussed were not replaced Hays alignment disappoint me and I haven’t reached out to to them and it has Been awhile since I got these repairs but I have been so frustrated and focused on other things I do think they did a good job doing the alignment but my weights are missing from my rim and when replacing parts they didn’t put things back in place properly that’s pure lazy I would also like to specify I specifically had the front end Steering components replaced along with my provided rotors and pads and my front shocks I am also 20 years old that’s my money I worked extremely hard for and my truck I worked extremely hard for I am not a particular person or a professional mechanic but I do work in the garage and have fair knowledge and I am highly disappointed listening in the time I spent in the waiting room regulars receive good treatment on small jobs but I would have to say for myself my trust has been broken Update feb 21 2024 Brakes started leaking from where parts have been replaced and I have not had work except for exhaust done since the have done this

My breaks went out and went to Hayes they took care of it was done with in a few hours and I am glad they checked my transmission fluid it was down and they fix that I am glad we found hayes they got me as a consumer for a long time

Brought my 65 mustang for front end suspension work. Bought the car in June and the car was all over the road and honestly scared me to drive it. The moment I walked through the door i was greeted from a extremely nice man and for me that speaks highly of Hayes Alignment. Ive been at mechanic shops who act like you've ruined their day when you walk through the front door. I couldn't have had nicer experience. I also had several to do items I had hoped they could look at and fix and they did. I can't say enough if you are needing front end alignment, shocks or brakes looked at then this place is for you.

Grandson took his car in and they quoted one price, but after they got his car back there, they said he needed a bolt and charged $30 for a bolt and $40 just to put it on, unbelievable, it was supposed to be $99 but when they got finished they charged him $173 we won't be using them again

I dropped my truck off on Thursday afternoon to get the tires balanced and informed them I was flying out of town and would be back Sunday and this was my only mode of transportation in the area, they told me no problem it would be done and they would leave the keys in the gas cap, fast forward to Sunday night when my plane lands I uber to the shop to get my truck, keys were not in the gas cap and I was forced to get a hotel. I headed to the shop at 8am when they opened just to find out they hadn't started on my truck yet, I then reminded them of our agreement of what was supposed to happen and how I needed my vehicle they guy then gets upset and states "sorry buddy" we had 50 cars in here Friday. To which I responded I don't care if you had 500 cars there you made a commitment saying mine would be complete and ready to go for me on Sunday, and the fact they can't even make a phone call to let someone know is really sad needless to say I won't use these people again

I want the first start off by saying no one there was rude to me at any time. I was just not informed fully of the stated cost and what it entailed there was a miscommunication and I feel that the business itself should communicate better to the customer if they want something done they need to be specific on what it is and how much it covers and what it doesn't cover.

My car was leaking radiator fluid Bad and I found the leak but wasn't sure how to fix it, I called Hayes and they worked me in the next morning and had me fixed in 1.5 hours, I was shocked! Furthermore.... they did it at a honest price, cheaper than an oil change at most places. Really great people work here, consider them for your engine repairs and tire needs!
