Excellent and fast service! Truck arrived in about an hour. Driver was very nice, confident, and quick on the hook-up. Don't want to need a tow again, but would use these guys again if needed.

The company is fair and they worked with me on pricing and they made the entire process from the starting point of contact over the phone streamlined; while I was able to have the towing of a vehicle from out of town away, to a shop down the street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! Highly recommended and truly the way to go on a budget

Very quick and reliable. They will help you with anything they possibly can and are very kind hearted. I was stuck in Baton Rouge with my vehicle and I made a call to several other towing companies but they weren’t trying to help out. Once I called there company they wanted to help me out in any way. They are also cost friendly and not trying to overcharge you like the other companies do. If I was in a situation where I’m stuck in baton rouge then I would definitely recommend them and the best in Baton Rouge hands down. Call them for an issue and they’re quick to help you!

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations - A Lifelong Customer Yesterday, while driving home with my 4-year-old, my car broke down on top of the new Mississippi bridge. I ran out of gas and drained my battery trying to restart it. Feeling stranded, I requested roadside assistance. Within just 3-6 minutes, I received a call from JJ (James) from Hayes Towing & Recovery LLC, who was already en route to my location. JJ’s professionalism and care were immediately evident. Instead of simply confirming the service, he went above and beyond his job requirements, walking me through step-by-step troubleshooting of my vehicle over the phone before even arriving on site. He made initial contact, confirmed my location and contact details, and narrowed down the issue with a detailed set of questions—all while driving to my location. By the time he arrived, he already had a solid plan of action. Upon arrival, JJ ensured the safety and comfort of my son by clearing a spot in his cab for him. His experience was obvious from the start. He took pictures of my vehicle before beginning any work and managed to get the car started so it could be driven onto the flatbed instead of being dragged, preventing unnecessary wear and tear. Before leaving the site, he double-checked all chains, even pausing to re-verify that my vehicle was secure before moving. In the midst of assisting me, JJ noticed another person struggling to communicate with a store attendant due to a language barrier. Without hesitation, he stepped in to translate and assist the individual, showcasing his genuine care for people beyond the scope of his job. JJ’s kindness didn’t stop there. He offered us water, phone chargers, and ensured the temperature in the cab was comfortable as it was a chilly evening. His thoughtfulness and dedication made an already stressful situation manageable. This level of service is rare. JJ’s professionalism, empathy, and dedication to his work truly restored my faith in humanity. Hayes Towing & Recovery LLC has earned a lifelong customer, and I will never call anyone else. Hayes Towing and Recovery staff was helpful and kind with communicating details on towing my car. They were patient and consistently friendly in communicating details on the service to me, especially as I followed up to ask for details for my insurance company and car repairs. It was evident that their staff had the availability and willingness to help me through the whole process of the service and repair of my car that was towed.

I was broke down on side of interstate at 5am this morning. I contacted Hayes towing just by looking up towing in Baton Rouge. By 6am JJ with Hayes was pulling my car on a tow truck and i was home by 7am. JJ made sure i put on an orange/yellow safety vest before i got out my vehicle for safety and he also made sure i sat in vehicle while he secure may car to his tow truck. JJ’s attention to safety and cool head brought my stress levels way down. Hayes will definetly be the tow company i use in future if needed.

I needed a company to tow a car that was illegally parked in my driveway and couldn't locate the owner. I called the police department but they couldn't remove the car and couldn't refer me to anyone. I called several companies and Hayes Towing and Recovery immediately referred me to someone in my area who removed the car as well as located the owner. I would refer Hayes to anyone because they will help you.
