I needed a company to tow a car that was illegally parked in my driveway and couldn't locate the owner. I called the police department but they couldn't remove the car and couldn't refer me to anyone. I called several companies and Hayes Towing and Recovery immediately referred me to someone in my area who removed the car as well as located the owner. I would refer Hayes to anyone because they will help you.

I needed a tow and didn’t know who to call luckily HayesTowing was recommended to me. They were so fast and courteous! Not only the gentleman who towed my car but also the people in the office! Was a great experience to have them come help me. I definitely will recommend them to everyone and would use them again!!!

I was broke down on side of interstate at 5am this morning. I contacted Hayes towing just by looking up towing in Baton Rouge. By 6am JJ with Hayes was pulling my car on a tow truck and i was home by 7am. JJ made sure i put on an orange/yellow safety vest before i got out my vehicle for safety and he also made sure i sat in vehicle while he secure may car to his tow truck. JJ’s attention to safety and cool head brought my stress levels way down. Hayes will definetly be the tow company i use in future if needed.

I'm a little late with my review, however, I could not forget the amazing service I received when I called Hayes Towing & Recovery! Somehow, my call was routed to Mr. Carlos, who helped me tremendously by providing a reasonable quote with kindness. He then gave me the information for Mrs. Geri so that she could order my tow for me. When I spoke with her, she was so welcoming and helpful. She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, even in the midst of them being very busy. She put in, and escalated my tow due to the nature of my service and I am forever thankful for that. My driver, Jimmie, was also very kind. He reassured me upon arrival that everything was okay, and that all he would get me and my car where we needed to be safely. He did just that. It's a no brainier that I will be referring people in need to this business. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

When I called this organization for help after my car cut off on I-12, they were incredibly kind and gave me the impression that I was important. I strongly recommend this business. I'm on plank rd by Marty's fine cars. The driver of this tow truck nearly made me wreck. He slammed on brakes then changed lanes back and forth then he just made a U turn in the middle of plank rd didn't use a signal light or anything. Learn how to drive Mr. Tow truck driver. I thought you were trying to kill me. Jesus ugh. You're supposed to be a professional. Dang Oh my what a professional response. Thank you

I called to request a tow and spoke with a gentleman named Mr. Cedro. I explained to him the nature of my problem and briefly stated that I had been stranded in the 90+degree heat for almost 2hrs with very little options, as I’m not familiar with the area. Mr. Cedro was very understanding. But what blew my mind was that he extended a courtesy of transporting me across town, to my home, to avoid the torture of the heat while sending a tow driver to retrieve my vehicle to bring to the shop. That made a bad day a whole lot better! When my vehicle was dropped off, the shop owner informed me, while also giving praise to the professionalism shown by the driver as well as the company. Mr. Cedro’s compassion and the tow driver’s professionalism makes Hayes Towing my #1 recommendation for your needs.

This company towed my car and instead of unloading it at my house they unloaded it at the end of my quarter mile driveway aswell they didnt unload it properly and caused my car to have a big dent in my passenger floor board that wasnt there before when my car broke down
