I know next to nothing about the mechanics of cars so i was very happy to be referred to the folks at H C Auto in 2021. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, professional and takes the time to explain and patiently answers my questions. I have a 16 year old car so yes, I have spent some money there, but their pricing is fair and their advice is honest. Thanks for consistently going the extra mile and keeping my car running!

Spoke to Adriana to get a vinyl piece add to the center console. We have been emailing and speaking on the phone. I came in for installation appointment and they said the center piece needs some extra pieces apparently. So I decided to go elsewhere. She previously quoted me $115 for installation then when I decided to go elsewhere she tired to still charge me $115 for dismantling and putting it back to together with no work done. Keep in mind it’s only been 15 minutes since I walk through the door. Which unbeknown to her I heard the technician say it will take him 5 minutes to put it back on. When I try to talk to her she was dismissive and claim she had doctor’s appointment. She left, came back with Amir, I don’t know what was said back there but apparently now Amir is upset with me. Amir was clearly upset because he raised his voice with me several times. We worked it out eventually. I was fine paying a small fee but charging $115 is ridiculous then arguing with me about it is even more ridiculous. WORD OF ADVICE: Don’t hand them your car unless you sure you want to pay them because they will charge you no matter if they fix your car or don’t. They charge you for just coming in. It was a heavy miscommunication on Adriana part, I also believe she went back to Amir and said something to get him upset. Only do business with them if you are sure you want to touch your car because they gonna fight you to pay them even if they had your car for a few minutes. Shout Out to Carlos and the rest of the crew, they had calmer heads and explained everything to me perfectly.

Carlos really did a good job, and he is excellent for his job and never short of patience to explain anything to ladies who really don’t understand mechanic stuff. It is a great experience here and l will definitely come back if l need to!

I had a great experience with HC Auto and Body. I was new to the process of working through insurance and repairs, but they were very helpful and communicative in getting my repairs done. To top things off, they did an excellent job with my car- it looks as good as new. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer here for inspections, and this time they were able to squeeze me in fast for a battery test and changed a new one for me. They were very transparent and clear about the process, made sure I was aware of everything. Shout out to my dude Carlos. Went in for an appointment and was welcomed by Carlos for the first time, i had a few questions about the engine oil they used and he answered them all and much more. All the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves working there and they were also celebrating a staff members birthday (offered me a slice of the cake 🎂) Which is always good to see! Very satisfied with the service i got and it was all pretty quick, didn’t even feel like I waited much before they pulled up my car. Definitely will be making this Auto Shop my go to place for any kind of service needs! 💯/10 service and staff!
