I took my car in on recommendation, as I’d been having some sensor issues and burned by 2 shops. Heartland was quick, efficient, and did excellent work! I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, as the gentleman took the time to answer all of my questions in a kind and informative way. I fully understood what was wrong and how they were correcting the problem. In addition, the pricing was fair and they offer a variety of discounts. Will be using as my shop from now on!

Awesome place to take your car. Thought my daughter's alternator might be going out and they tested it and said everything was good. Got us right in as well. I highly recommend this place!

Typically a 5 star rating. Except this time i left with 2 out of my 5 lug nuts being stripped on one of my back tires. I changed my wheels before going to the shop, i lrft and everything was good but when i got home to change them back. 2 out of the 5 were stripped. Only use this place as a backup….Also to keep in mind, i called up and brought it to their attention. Yet they said they would call me back. Never called me back. Never owned up to the damage. Stripped lug nuts are no joke….

Work is timely and fast. Just sometimes things go.awry and you may have to use there other shop that is within 4 miles.

Typical "let's overcharge inexperienced in car repair people". I've read other reviews saying people treated them like family but that sure wasn't the case with me. Completely wanted to rip me off for almost $2,000 whereas I went to another state and got my car worked on for less than $500. So it sounds like they were quite dramatically overcharging for parts/labor or making up repairs as they went along. This is the case with lots of auto repair mechanics. You should never go somewhere if you don't know them personally or take an experienced friend with knowledge on this stuff because they will take advantage of you for as much money as they think they can get by with!

Went to get a alignment just for them to say the hourly rate is $45 to look at the car & test drive it & also mess up our AC so we can pay them to fix the AC they messed up we didn’t even get the alignment that was supposedly $79.99 they said something like my tire had a slick belt egg type thing & I had to get a new tire & it ended up needing to be a new rim they could’ve broke our rim who knows this place likes to take there customers money

I took my car in there just to get rear springs put in my drum brakes when I was leaving there my car had absolutely no breaks hardly and it's making a clunking noise and when I called to tell him that of course they didn't want to own up to it worse place ever would never take my car back there again

Good fast work. Priced right and wont add a bunch of extras. I like the hustle and tempo. Refer many friends there already for light mechanical and tirew brakes etc.....
