Today I was driving down the highway as my tire pressure light came on, and it was abundantly clear that my tire was rapidly going flat. I rushed over to the nearest tire shop which happened to be heartland tire and treads, and by the time I pulled into their parking lot, my tire was completely flat. They got me in right away, and tried to fix my tire. Unfortunately, my tire was a lost cause, as apparently I had hit a piece of metal. The employees tried their hardest to fix my tire, and they were so sweet, but it just couldn’t happen. They put my spare tire on for me, and gave me some options for what to do for next steps. Amazing people, amazing service, glad I happened to be nearby when my tire went flat.

From start to finish my experience was fast, friendly, and so easy! I couldn't figure out why my tire was slowly leaking pressure. One phone call was all it took to get right in and patched up. A huge thanks to Justin and Rick for being so helpful and trustworthy.

Heartland Tire and Treads are amazing! They saved me tons of money in the past by giving me an honest quote and estimate for varies work I've had done; unlike the unfair quotes I get around town. They have done my tires multiple times and this past time they did my brakes. Justin Haydon is one of the best sales reps and he always gets me to the right information or to the right person at Heartland Tire like Rick who has always been a great guy in making sure I am getting a fair price and the right treatment and of course the rest of the staff you all have been awesome! Thank you for all the work you do and have done for me. I will continue to come back and be a Heartland Tire and Treads customer!

Great service and price! Had a tire needing to be patched, and called on short notice. They were able to fit me into their schedule and completed the patch in less than 25 min! Would definitely recommend.

Have to give the tire shop guys credit, if anyone has changed 10 -275/17/17.5 lowboy 16 ply tires you know what I’m talking about, thanks for your hard work I got here at 7am trying to beat the heat, not sure if it helped with the humidity and heat index of 117 today, but you got it done, they are glad I don’t come in weekly.

My entire family and I have been going to them for over 10 yrs and everything had been fine until a few years back I feel their customer service has gone down hill and with it so has the work they do on cars. I brought my car in last Tuesday and was told I would get my car fixed by Thursday.. well it wasn't repaired until Friday but the worst part is that they left early on friday and forgot to call me that my car was fixed I was left with no car the entire weekend and mind you with my car is how I make a living. Super Unprofessional so sad to see a once reliable and trustworthy place go down in every aspect

Got my car towed from downtown which is our fault , but when we went to pick up my he car the guy was RUDE ! And I mean RUDE . But not just that, rude , bald , & ugly inside and out. Asked if I could look at the car first before paying to see if there was any damages , guy said “ wHy WoUlD wE DaMaGe iT??” The DOT # on the tow truck didn’t even come up as anything . Says it’s unavailable. This tow company is as ghetto as it gets . -10/10. Wouldn’t recommend.

The address he gives online isn't accurate. He's over on C street, the junky looking gated lot. He stalled for an hour claiming to be towing another car only to show up without one. Pretends to be on the phone in hopes that will keep you from yelling at him. Only takes cash to avoid taxes AND does not have change (supposedly) just to try and get more from you. Bring exact change and he will tell you he doesn't want coins LOL.

This place is so dirty, unethical and probably running an illegal towing and theft operation, if we lived in city/state with more business oversight, this crime ring would be shut down and likely owners/perpetrators prosecuted. The tow truck driver actually told me he cruises apartment parking lots looking for towing opportunities. Those apartments where he cruises, are NP Dodge properties. That's where I was towed from, even though I am a paying tenant here and have been so for 18 months. I retrieved my car from a dirt road, under I-80, probably located at about 6601 C Street, from which it had been vandalized, burgled and had the catalytic converter ripped from its exhaust system, about $4,000 in damages by the time I got to it.

Had a trailer tire blow out, stopped in and was told that the tire guy was at lunch.. Are you not a tire shop? Do you really only have one tire guy..? Gave me a 2.5 hour estimated wait time.. So I took my business elsewhere.

Illegally towed my vehicle from my apartment parking lot despite current registration being clearly displayed in the window. They then held my vehicle for 2 days because they couldn't be bothered to send someone to the office over the weekend, despite towing vehicles to the lot 24/7. A predatory towing company. Avoid. I'm not sure if I'm more angry at these crooks, or Nebraska for giving consumers zero recourse on such exploitation.

Would give zero stars if possible. Illegally towed a vehicle out of apartment parking lot. Made appointment to get vehicle out of impound and they never showed up. Terrible company watch out for them they will tow your car for no reason just to make money. Pretty shady.

I am very pleased with the level of service received from Heartland Tire. We had some issues going to our local Chevy dealer and decided to take a look at other options. We met with Robert and he made the choice easy. He listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy with offering his opinions on what should be done. They just finished work on the second vehicle we took to them and they did exactly what was needed without wasting my time or money. I highly recommend these guys to everybody and will also be moving my personal vehicles to be worked on at this location.
