I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Heaths Auto! I was strung along for two weeks paid over $400 dollars for parts and labor only to be told to take my car to a Chevy dealership. Now I’m out of money and back at square one with a none working car. Thanks Mr. Heath for the worst service I’ve ever received!!!!!

I was very impressed by the knowledge of Mr Heath. He went above and beyond with his duties to insure a safe vehicle and a satisfied customer. l gave thanks for his kindness as l drove home. If you need work done he’s the one! Mr Heath proved to be a respectful professional that knows his work. I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Heath. He has worked on our son’s car several times over the past couple of years. We live in Mississippi & not knowing if you can trust someone that far away can be very stressful. After the first time he did work for us, we knew we had the right man for the job. He’s knowledgeable, kind, professional and extremely reasonable. We would give him 10 stars if we could.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mr. Heath not only correctly diagnosed and fixed my car on my first visit (as I was told a completely different thing from another “trusted” auto service company), he also takes the time to try to educate and explain why certain issues arise and how to prevent other issues from happening. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you!!

Smart mouth for no reason attitude like a woman asks unnecessary questions talked about everything except what I came there for and couldn't fix my problem gave me a uncomfortable bad vibe a no or I can't do it would have been better for me I wouldn't recommend this shop to no1 plus he moves like his bootyhole sore barely can walk

Extremely rude & arrogant man - stay away Been going for over a year and always just felt he was rude but i tolerated it as i wanted to support local business but his attitude is the pits and after speaking to a few customers when I have been there each time I decided i cant take his attitude anymore and will go elsewhere. He doesnt deserve your business and god help you if you have an issue with his work.

Mr. Heath is amazing! Super kind, very reasonably priced, takes the time to explain issues with you car, and has an incredibly quick turnaround. I took my car in for new brake pads and he was great; pointed out another issue i had and was able to have the part ordered by next day and wrapped up with the repair in an hour. Taking your car in for repairs can always be a little nerve wracking, but Mr Heath is a joy to work with and has made the experience extremely pleasant. I will definitely be taking my car to him for everything moving forward.

Well, I can officially say that I have found "MY" mechanic. Mr. Heath is the type of person you want working on your car, but if you don't want the truth, go somewhere else. He will give it to you straight no chaser, but respect is always present. The icing on the cake, outside of being knowledgeable and fair, is his quick turnaround! He's never kept my vehicle, even for my engine repair, overnight. I bring it in the morning and it's done before  EOD, which for him is 3pm. To have a mechanic who genuinely cares about giving great service, takes time to explain what the problem is, and give you great advice and tips for maintenance so you don't end up back at his shop, is priceless. He's a real gem in this community and you'd be remiss if you go anywhere else. Tell him the client that uses cheap gas (not anymore) sent you 😆

Give it 4/5. I took my car up there because my check engine light came on. I took it car dealer ship they told me problem is the o2 sensor it will cost alot...took it to napa diagnostics test was 45 he told me the main priority is getting my thermostat and evac which is like a gas cap...fix thermostat and gas cap for 200...check engine light came off.. only downfall is I didnt see on my receipt/bill where the 45 dollars was reflected on bill that's all... he did a good job though

I can always trust him to figure out what's up with my vehicles when others want to give me the ring-around. A very experienced, skilled mechanic who gets the job done well for very reasonable rates. If you want a big, sparkly, commercial shop, go to one - go to Mr. Heath for a thorough, honest, job well done.

I took my car here for an AC issue. When I first tried to make an appointment he recommended a few things for me to check that may save me from having to come in. I was incredibly impressed that he offered the suggestions. Unfortunately I checked the items and they were not the issue. He was able to get me in to check the issue and determined it was a vehicle model specific issue that I should take to the dealer. He provided me with an extensive amount of information about the issue, and what I needed to tell the dealer to avoid getting the runaround. He was friendly, professional and informative. I will bring my car back for other issues if they arise.

Mr. Heath is a master technician and knows what he's doing. My vehicle was having issues upon starting so I called Mr. Heath to schedule an appointment. He advised me of some things to check prior to coming in that would save me time and money. After trying those things I did need the servicing. When I arrived the next morning Mr. Heath examined the vehicle and found the issue right away. His pricing is fair and he didn't take long to repair the vehicle. I definitely will be back again!
