Excelente taller para reparaciones de golpes y laminado. Hector es una persona muy profesional y con buena atencion al cliente. Me ayudaron a reparar un golpe que tenia mi Grand Cherokee en el cofre y a cambiar una de las ventanas ya que estaba rota. Debido a que el cofre es de aluminio, pense que no iba a quedar igual ya que son dificiles de reparar, pero quedo practicamente como nuevo. La ventana tambien quedo excelente, sin ningun problema. Todo en menos de una semana, asi que el servicio es rapido y a buen precio. Definitivamente recomendado!

Brought my car for suspension parts. They did a fine enough job, but put really low quality parts in and after 2 months. I bought factory parts to repair. Hector put the parts on at no charge. I appreciate them being a stand up shop.

Don’t do business with them bought a car for 7k and had issues with it immediately, when I brought back the car to be serviced, I was told “You should’ve inspected the car yourself before you bought it” these people also spray paint their cars to cover damages but the paint wears off after a month or so

Drove 4 hrs one way to look at a car that was available up until 15 minutes before I got to there shop.. to be told it was sold earlier today! This place list vehicles to get you there then do the switch and bate!

Hector Is very unethical. Will charge you for things you don’t even need then pretend to not understand English well when you call him out on it. Definitely would NOT recommend

Hector's auto worked with me to understand why my car was not starting. Hector went out of his way to help me outside of his job description to jumpstart and bring my car to the shop. They were honest when they said it could be mechanical and should take it elsewhere. In the past, they replaced my starter and got it done quickly and at a lower price than other auto shops in the area. I highly recommend Hector's Auto for mechanical auto repair work.

I found myself in a difficult situation…it was Memorial weekend and I had called a few auto shops and the declined me even before hearing my story. I walked into Hectors repair and Miriam welcomed me politely and listened attentively to my story. Hector checked my car and solved my problem in two hours!! I greatly appreciate them. The crew were awesome I highly recommended this place!!

Taking a road trip across the states we took a drive into Kansas City to see the sites, a couple minutes in we stalled at a light. Saw that hectors was the only place open on Saturday and took our Astro Van in for a check up. They started working on it right away and it was ready in a couple hours. Super nice staff that let us sit and wait in the office. Felt really comfortable and the van was working fine after. Thanks Hectors!

The best auto repair shop I have come across in years. Fast, affordable, efficient service. They get the job done right the first time at an affordable price. Took my Jeep in for a new alternator and they had it fixed and running by my lunch at noon.

Drove an hour and 30 minutes to purchase a car. And they did not even have the decency to call me and tell me they sold it out from under me. Most cars on their lot have a lot of issues with them. Good luck

Hector's Auto worked on a repair that even the Ford guys didn't help with. It was a little expensive, but it was done much quicker than other auto services we've taken our RV too. We found out a few weeks later that while the work they did WAS helpful, it didn't fix the main issue (no fault of their own, brakes have a lot of symptoms that can point to different problems, and they fixed one of the problems). Communication could've been a little better, as I had to call to stay updated as to when the RV would be done. But overall, satisfied with these guys, and they were incredibly kind, too. That goes a long way. Thank you!

I paid to have a low pressure acceleration sensor put in and a new battery that I purchased from the store they only put in the sensor and they stole my battery Don't ever go here . They didn't forget, it's a light green battery I just happened to check under my hood and it's not the light green battery that I purchase It's the same old battery
