When I got there around 1:30pm , sign said open , google said open but no one opened the door when I knocked. There was a truck parked in front of the entrance door so I thought someone was there but after a few mins of waiting I left.

Came at 10:00 was not open even though on Google it says it's open at 9:00 and on their sign that says they're open at 9:00

Dropped my car off last week and he hasn't touched it yet. I keep calling and coming up here to the shop but there's nobody nowhere to be found. His communication is horrible. Reporting my car stolen soon

Im trying to get in touch with this company, they have been having my car over 10 days….with no contact, I call no one answers and the company stay closed when I go up there!!! I need my car asap!!!!

Over all the service done was not bad. However when i called they told us they could do an oil change and inspection with a sticker. For the oil, they do not keep it on site. We waited 2 hours because they called someone to get it delivered. They ended up not coming and the guy working on our car left and got it himself. Also they do not do stickers!! Hector has been at this for a long time. He is tough on the rules but fair. Let him walk around the vehicle first, check the simple things like the wipers. If you need a quick fix go and do it and come back. The inspector has to charge the fee whether you pass or not. Check the things you can then get hooked up to the computer. Thanks Hector.

Dont use this shop do.to the fact that I took my car to him and he charged $400 for a distributor cap and a fuel filter change and picked up the car 2 weeks later and the engine light is on and it's over heating. And after this there will be no more business from me or my boyfriend. I dont think this is a shop that is fair or trust worthy. He dont call to let u know what he need to do or anything. Just works on it and gives u a price.

I've been using this mechanic for basic auto repair for years, bc it's close to my house. I dropped off my truck, in the evening right before they closed, to have the blower motor replaced. I brought my bicycle along to ride it home, and since I had athletic shorts on, I put my wallet under the driver's side seat. When I came to pick it up in the morning, it was gone. I told them i didn't care about the money, but to at least mail me my wallet back, so I didn't have to get a new license and cards. What a bummer. I lost my wallet and my mechanic.
