I had a charging issue with my car. Called him shortly after they opened, I stated what the car was doing and he said I could bring it in that same day around 3 with the understanding that he’d get to it if he could otherwise first thing the next a.m. To my surprise he called me at 4:40 the same day and said it’s done, come get it ! He also gave me a couple different price options that ended up saving me money. Excellent service at a fair price along with great customer service. I won’t go anywhere else.

Jerry was great and his daughter too. This is a man you can trust. Not only did he replace my transmission he saved me and my wife almost 3 thousand dollars. He is currently working on my other car, Jerry you have my business for life🤗🤗

Very trustworthy shop! They will not try to rip you off or add on charges for unnecessary fixes to your car. The owner listens to your concerns. I would recommend anyone looking to get their car fixed!

Cannot praise Jerry and Zack enough! I've never really needed work done on my car, minus a recall matter here or there, so this was a new experience for me in trying to find a trustworthy mechanic. It is set a little back from the street and can be easy to miss, so just keep an eye out for the sign. Was in a bind and in serious need of getting motor mounts replaced after another shop I'd been to once before screwed me over. Luckily, my coworker recommended Jerry and had nothing but praise for him. He was able to get me in the same day and the guys did an awesome job! I'm so grateful for their willingness to accommodate me on such short notice and they do honest work. The shop I initially was going to take my car to quoted me a $1k+ to replace all four mounts--I provided all the parts--and Jerry charged me nearly half that, refusing to accept more when I offered. If you're looking for someone that is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and all of the above...go see Jerry, cause he and his crew are top notch! I will definitely be returning and recommending Hedrick's to anyone and everyone.

Took truck in for a seatbelt replacement, tune up and oil change, along with some other miscellaneous things. Very happy with the results. Truck idles smoothly again. Price was very good as well.

Jerry and his team of mechanics are amazing people!!! I promise you it’s not worth it going to anyone else. Jerry not only responds quickly and has excellent customer service, but he also has the best prices. Jerry is such an honest person, and hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever encountered. Sadly you don’t come across too many mechanics that are both honest and great at what they do unfortunately. I’m VERY glad my friend referred me to them. The owner, Jerry, is a great mechanic. He is excellent at determining the issues with a vehicle and interpreting, for the customer, the proper and economic way to go about fixing it. He was always at the shop getting his hands dirty while I was there and it was obvious that he got his hands on every car. I had a problem with a vehicle. Jerry inspected it for very little money and refused to take more when it was offered. When Jerry had it overnight at the shop he drove it home to continue to inspect if it had any further issues. He works fast and at a very reasonable rate. To be honest, he seems to have enough business but I cannot let the positive interactions that I had with this man go unnoticed. A very honest and trustworthy mechanic. I do not live in Mesa, it is a long drive to get there. I am confident that Jerry’s work is worth the extra miles. He will get you many more to come.

Where do I start. I bought a car from a man who ripped me off and practically stole my money. After my car overheated 5 minutes after purchasing I brought my car to Jerry. From the start Jerry was honest with me and told me I got ripped off. He offered many suggestions on what to do with the car and was willing to help with the process. Jerry helped me tremendously in a time where I needed it, he was willing to help me out and get my money back for my car that I just bought. He even called the man who I purchased it from and asked him to give me a refund. Jerry and his shop treated me as family, even though I was a complete stranger. I will be grateful for this shop and all of their help.
