They all had the worst customer service and attitude. We went to get an alignment and tires put on and once finished, they said they “suspected” something was bent in the front but never a clear answer with them. They also weren’t respectful of personal belongings. If you want fast service and a good repair for sure do NOT come here. If I could no stars I would but the best I can give is one.

This building has been sold and no longer Hefners Auto. Cool building nonetheless...hopefully a cool business rents it out

Gary and his crew are the heart of the city. If you dont believe me, ask Gary and how long he has been there. Well over 30 years. Have then complete the work you need done and tell me they arent more than affordable, reasonable, and excellent service with quality

Got right to work, needed parts were found locally and reasonably priced. Estimated cost was more than the final cost. I've used him many times over the years, I highly recommend Hefner's Auto Repair.

Taking my truck in was a good decision. Going to a great mechanic with such a history was great for my peace of mind. I got my truck towed in first thing on a Monday, and thankfully I was back on the road by 3pm. I feel like I was treated with respect and got the kind of service I expect when spending money on repairs. If you're apprehensive about any of the other reviews on here, just stop by and ask them what they can do for you and why they do it.

I've been through multiple mechanics in the Mesa area, and have always regretted the experiences in the end. BUT when I found Chuck and his crew at Hefner's all that changed. Honest quotes on parts and time, I've been extremely happy with all my repairs at Hefner's. They have gone above and beyond when explaining the repairs needed, and what is required to ruturn my vehicles to top condition. Thanks to Chuck and his crew, my family's trucks are always happy (which makes my family happy).

Went for spark plug change. Left with a super rough engine and backfiring. Got my money back but the mechanic Clint is someone I never want to touch my engine again!!!! Buyer Beware!!!
