If I could give this HORRIBLE establishment a zero I would. They had me come at 8 am this morning for a “Diagnostic” test. The rude receptionist was unaware of what I was coming in for and had the nastiest replies back. Mind you they advertising they open at 8am and she didn’t come til almost 9:00. Then proceed to tell me the lead tech wasn’t coming in til 10. They were absolutely empathetic about the situation like I didn’t drive all the way to this town and waited for over an hour. They changed my spare tire and I wasn’t even there about the tire issue. I overheard them having issues with another customer who car sat for 3 days and a tire light came on. I wouldn’t go back to them if they was the last auto repair place in the world. You can get way better service for the price you paying them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY!

I’ve been here twice, and I must say, they are the BEST in Houston. The first time, I came in for a labor repair on a part I had already purchased. Every other place, including my previous mechanic, quoted me an outrageous price. Here, they fixed it for a very reasonable price. Recently, I returned for AC work and a bumper repair, and they finished both the same day, once again at a fair price! The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Everything about this place is professional. I love it here and will probably NEVER go anywhere else, no matter where I move in town. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends. This is not a paid review, just someone who recognizes good business when I see it! Note: My only complaint is when I arrived to pick up my car, unfortunately, the young ladies had left and it was a gentlemen at the counter. It’s clear the older gentleman had little training and/or experience in handling administrative work at the front counter, because what should have been a quick exchange of me paying for the job, getting my car, and leaving, took at least 20 minutes causing me to miss my plans I had scheduled for that evening, when I was l literally the only one there. He received a call while I had already been in the office for at least 8-10 mins waiting for someone to come, and instead of placing them on hold to handle the customer in his face (me), he disregarded me to partake in a 3-5 minute conversation with the person who’d just called, which literally amounted to nothing more than him telling them to call back in the morning to speak to the woman at the front desk…… All of this while I am sitting, and waiting to pay upwards of $300+ to receive my car that I had been waiting on… I think in the future, I would hopefully prefer more trained administrative workers at the desk when the ladies leave for the day. That’s all!

My Toyota 4Runnwr AC fans started making a lot of noise. One day AC just quit. then worked next day. It's the fans went bad...These idiots kept my car 3 days. Then told me they hear no noise, nothing wrong...Reality is they just didn't want to do the job...Wasted my time, unprofessional, bad attitudes, no remorse, and got car back all dirty inside...Stay Away

My car suddenly over heated on my way home from work and I immediately took it to Heights Auto Repair. They immediately ran a diagnostic and found the problem. My car was fixed and ready for pick up the next day.

Excellent experience! We brought our car right before closing on a Saturday night thinking they would tell us to drop it off, but they stayed late to make sure our car was finished same-day. They even ordered and went to pick up additional parts they needed while we were waiting in the shop. Def our new go-to mechanic in the Heights!

This review is long overdue. If I could I would give this “Auto Repair Shop” negative stars. I first came back in November 2023 to get my alternator replaced. When I came back to retrieve my car my belt was making a horrendous screeching noise that was unbearable. Keep this in mind, I never had issues with my belt before I came here. Before I left, I brought this to their attention and they simply told me that it would go away on its own when I began to drive the car. The screeching never went away and only became worse. I went back in January with the same issue. They ended up replacing my belt and I thought that would fix the screeching noise. Two weeks later, the screeching began again. I was more than pissed because these people CANT DO THEIR JOB! I came back for the 3rd time with the same issue hoping this would finally be resolved. I was out of town when they were repairing my car so I wasn’t able to get it immediately. When I went back to get it, my car wouldn’t even turn on. The lady tried blaming it on me because there was no oil. (I needed to get an oil change) That doesn’t even make sense first of all and she had a really bad attitude. Turns out, they left a light on in my car which drained my battery. She then began to say “we only use premium belts here.” OBVIOUSLY NOT!!!! Keep in my mind, my third time coming here for this problem. Now you’re probably thinking why would you go back. Well I was hoping to get a discount due to the situation at hand. Weeks later, here I am again, my belt is still screeching. I will not be returning. These people do not what they’re doing and will charge an arm and leg for issues they caused in the very first place. Do not come here if you don’t want anymore more car troubles or to get your belt fixed. PERIOD
