I had my car towed here due to Heiser Ford being booked and would not recommend this shop to anyone. They had my car overnight and were unable to find an issue related to an internal coolant leak, just insisted that my previous oil change provider must’ve not topped it off. Car was again misfiring within days of getting the vehicle back from Quick Motors. I was then able to get an appointment at Heiser Ford shortly after, where they had my car for a few hours and were able to find coolant in my cylinders and are already working to replace my engine. The wait for Heiser Ford is worth it, do not waste your time/money at Quick Motors.

Took my truck for diagnostic ,diagnostic results show low pressure in cylinders 1,2 and 3. The manager was very rude said I needed a new engine when it was only failed passenger side cam phaser. This shop does crooked business

Never have any complaints about service at Quick. Ron greeted me professionally and made me feel comfortable. As a woman that makes a big difference when your bringing in your car for maintenance.

Customer service is horrible. I bought a 2011 Chrysler town and country and there was a problem with one of the stow and go seats, the headrest wouldn't fold down so it would fit in the floor. They didn't want to fix it before I bought it, in fact salesman told me it probably just needed a little W-2. They wouldn't come down a penny on it because I was paying cash and the salesman said to me that they don't make any money when I pay cash, their profit comes from the financing. I wasn't happy but I loved the vehicle. Took it to the dealer to have the seat fixed and it was a motor/electrical issue. So, $800 later that was fixed. The dealer also discovered that I had a headlight out, but when the bulb was changed, it still didn't work. So it was another electrical issue. But I've been driving with brights cause I have to take it to a repair shop that does electrical repairs. Then the control panel went out, another $1000 repair. And in November the transmission went on it so $4,000 to repair and I took it to Heiser to have the work done. Very disappointed with not even having this vehicle a year yet.

Awesome shop, it seems like my ride keeps getting better since they had done work on it. I like dealing with Miles Spiegel, but everyone seems to know there job. And for the record I do have automotive credentials, I just pulled back because I don't have the time space, or energy to work on cars anymore. They do a good job, and I respect them. And they seem to like Matco, who makes better tools instead of stronger one's.

Going through a bankruptcy is tough and definitely a blow to anyone’s pride and I knew getting a car loan would be tough. However, when I saw that Heiser offers a 100% guarantee on credit approval, I was optimistic. I filled out the application on a Saturday/Sunday and saw hits on my credit the following Monday/Tuesday. A week goes by and no phone calls or emails. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any contact from Heiser. I get it that my credit isn’t that great and I’m sure a salesperson wouldn’t make a ton off of me, but to ignore me completely is just rude. Plus, if they can’t get me financing, then they have false advertising because if they couldn’t get me approved, then it isn’t 100% guaranteed approval as their website states and it’s a scam instead. Ironically enough, shortly after the application I started getting bombarded with scam and phishing texts and phone calls. My guess is that they sold my information to the highest bidder too. Don’t trust these people!!!

I went to this location since Heiser Ford was full and this is their overflow; I would never go back! when I entered I was not greeted and he wasn't working with anyone. I said good morning to him and he was just flat; overall just a rude person who had an attitude. I get checked in and wait for my vehicle to be serviced. I go to the counter to tell him I needed something updated and he doesn't acknowledge me; just continues his conversation with his co-worker. the co-worker tells him to address whatever I'm there for. Before I can even say what I came to the desk for he says your truck will be ready shortly and I correct him saying that's not what I came up here for. I tell him what I needed and he waived me off saying wait for your paperwork; he never resolved what I asked him for. He should not be at your desk representing your company because he is biased to a fault. I watched 2 other individuals come in after me and he greeted them without issue and no attitude. If he continues to work there, you'll continue to not have customers come back!

It's close to my work so I usually get my oil changed here, just be aware if they say 30-45 minutes for an oil change it actually means 1-1 5 hours. It has happened to me twice. They will tell you if your CEL is on but wont tell you what code its throwing which either means 1. They dont know what code its throwing, or 2. They know what code its throwing and are choosing not to tell you. :( They rotated my tires and actually torqued them to spec. However didnt offer to retorque them in a day or two like some shops do. They get the job done, but are a little slow and dont go above and beyond. I will keep going here since it's semi convenient
