Overall, the value u pay is good, but Giovanni customer service is poor. His mouth is very disrespectful, and he won't have any blessings. Make sure you get a receipt he makes a lot of mistakes and is money hungry he also has you ordering parts you don't need and never wants to take accountability for his action my car ended up being there for 6 months for a brake booster and rack opinion I never even needed a brake booster the noise that my car was making was a leaking turbo not a brake booster and my car haven't been right since

I thought I purchased a new tire, but come to find out, it was used when I returned to the shop & spoke to the owner. He started yelling, cursing me out using vigor language, like I was a man. I don't recommend this shop, very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional individual. Also DID NOT GET MY TIRE REPLACE. MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR RECEIPT

If I could Move this business off this block. I would ASAP. Fix my tire Didn't put back the air cap for the tire and lost my lock for my rim. I was told can't find it and too bad. VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Don't waste your time Next time will go to infinity dealer. ZERO STARS .......

NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA !!! El dueño de ese lugar No es una persona honesta !!! Yo le lleve mi camioneta para que la reparara y EL DUEÑO dijo que el costo eran $4000. ! Le dije que estaba bien y le dejé mi camioneta Para ser exacta un día Miércoles la dejé en su negocio me dijo que para más tardar el sábado lo tenía listo , pues pasaron los días y dijo que no estaba lista fui para la otra semana el día Miércoles y no la tenía lista !!! le dije que como no la tenía lista todavía me moleste pero cuando la vi ya la había desmontado toda le quito muchas partes le dije que por que ? y el Dueño me dijo que según le salió otra falla le dije que no que me debió de avisar antes de hacerlo por que ahora quería que yo le pagara $2500 más ! ósea $6500 en total por el trabajo no le dije que no le hiciera nada estaba muy molesta y según el que lo tenía que hacer por que después si se dañaba qué el no se hacía responsable . Me moleste tanto tanto ! Entonces el me dijo que le tenía que pagar cuando no autorice nada más ! y se puso muy pesado y grosero dijo que no me daría mi camioneta ! que le tenía que pagar pues me cobró lo que quiso ! y se tardo 2 semanas por un trabajo de 3 días ! Pésimo Pésimo servicio Por que desmontan todo el Auto para hacerte creer y pagar lo que el dueño quiere que le pagues ! Y mi camioneta no quedó bien ala semana volvió a fallar la tuve que llevar a otro lado después por que El DUEÑO no se hace responsable. Te da mil excusas para volver a cobrar ! se supone que un trabajo tan caro tiene que tener garantía verdad . Pues tuve que llevarla a otro taller después así que pónganse listos que esté aprovechando es listo solamente para robar 😤

They did a great job on my 2004 X5 that had an oil pan leak. Was done in one day. Still no issues. Took my second bmw sedan to Giovanni to help replace the sports suspension that everyone wanted 4k+ to complete. I purchased the equipment myself and had Help Car install it. The car has never felt better. These Guys do an amazing job everytime.

I’m not sure who I talked to. Don’t question their work or they’ll give you attitude. Customer service could be better. They tell you they did work but when you ask for proof they just walk away and ignore you.

Owner was very dismissive and refused to honor warranty .. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. I can't give anything lower than 1star.

They replaced 2 engines in 2 different cars for me, and have done an exceptional job. Both cars were foreign. And their price point can't be beat. I'm more than pleased with the service they provide.
