I called to see if i could have tires put on my 22x12 rims and i know some tire shops can’t install tires on larger aftermarket rims if they’re too wide and it won’t fit on the machine or even liability. Whoever the old lady on the phone was that answered, was rude and blunt. Once i said the rim size, automatically just said no and hung up. If you’re going to be straight blunt about something and hang up over a simple question, you don’t need to have that job.

they dont do 35s thats so silly. i asked if they could order it and they said they can’t. if you are a tire shop you should be able to work all tires🤣🤣

I went to get a used tire this morning. Across the street because I had my old one in my trailer. I carried it over and set it down in front of the tire changing machine. Well, 3 people stood outside and kept on talking, and the fourth one was in the office on the phone, and he may have been on business. So I stood there and waited and waited. Some guy in a yellow shirt came over bent over. Looked at my tire went back in the back and said he say about getting me. A new tire and I said I don't want a new tire. I want a used one. His response was. We don't have any any used ones His response was. We don't have any used ones. But they did have a whole big pile of used tires parked outside the building. Never addressed me never said hello, never said anything. Walked back over to his buddies. Their shop was empty and that's the service I get? I'll never be back. I hope they go out of business.

They mounted 30 series tires even though the machine wasn’t set up for it. Did a phenomenal job. No blemishes on my new wheels!

Love Hendersons and the owners! Have been using Henderson's my whole life. They are first come first serve. Their employees are always willing to go out of the way to do whatever they can to help you. Need tires this is where you should go!

Best service ever!!!!! I was stranded on the side of the road. I had one lug nut that was stripped. I called them and they sent somebody to my rescue. They also had the best prices, I called around. To say I'm a happy customer would be an understatement. Thank y'all so much 😁

Every time I ever have an issue with my tires, this is my go-to tire shop. I'm usually in and out in a very short amount of time. And, not breaking my bank in the process. I've been using this shop for 5+ years with no issue. Will keep doing business here and recommend anyone who needs tires.

Garbage. Always sit in front standing waiting for someone, then someone pulls in and get service immediately. The last time I went they put my Tuner lugs on with impact tools and made me unable to remove my tires without having to strip my bolts off and replace them. They screwed up the lips on 2 of my rims just by not giving a single care. I will never come back to this place. Think smaller companies would care but they dont.

Picked up a piece of metal in my tire passing through Tennessee on our way from VA to GA. The gentlemen who fixed the tire and the lady in the office were all fantastic. They made it a quick, simple, painless process to get it fixed and back on the road quick with minimal interruption in travel time. Highly recommend

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE EXTREMELY RUDE . COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT GAINING BUSINESS HUNG UP AFTER ASKING HER IF THEY DID ALIGNMENTS, MY EMPLOYEES CALLED TO SEE IF OUR FLEET COULD BE SERVICED THERE AND US USE THEM SHE SERIOUSLY SAID I DON'T CARE THIS IS JUST A JOB NOT MY PROBLEM DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS AND KNOWS SHE JUST SCREWED THEM ON A MASSIVE JOB
