I’ve come back to this mechanic twice and my car runs better than the first day that I bought it! I had him replace my lower control arms, as well as my front and back struts and now my 2014 Jeep patriot runs like a dream. There were some issues with the sway bar that he initially replaced, one of the bolts wasn’t tightened down properly on the link, and it was causing a horrible rattling problem, but I took it back the next day and it’s been the quietest ride that I’ve had in that car in years after he fixed it.

Fantastic customer service, when my belt would come back on and I was trapped, Chuck showed up to my house, threw it back on in an hour, and charged a very reasonable price. The best mechanic in Jacksonville.

Wow! Highly recommend this shop! Our Suv’s alternator broke and one of the headlights wasn’t working. My husband called Henninger and the owner is such a genuine and honest guy! He even picked up our broken down car! He made our stress go away bc money is tight right now and everyone is taking advantage of it. He was so honest didn’t take advantage at all! We will definitely be using this shop again and will recommend him highly to all of our friends!

Amazing experience! I broke down across town from where I live and based on the 5 star reviews called Chuck after speaking with other nearby mechanics. He immediately jumped into problem solving and diagnosing the problem on the phone. When that failed, he rearranged his schedule to do the same-day repair. I’ve never heard my truck start up so well. He was honest, helpful and quick. Definitely support the other 5 star reviews!

I was devastated when I found out what was wrong with my car and the cost of repairs but I found this place on google and when I went in Mr Chucky saved me from spending over a grand fixing my car. He is very knowledgeable and simply the best and most straightforward Mechanic in Jacksonville. Got a great sense of humor as well. Makes u feel comfortable and treat you like family. Best in town hands down

We now can understand all his 5 star reviews. The owner, Chuck, is super nice, very friendly, funny and puts you at ease. Cost is much less than another place was going to charge to fix our Silverado. He even had to test drive a vehcile he was working on so he picked up my husband and took him back to the shop to get his truck. I can't say enough great things about this new place we discovcered. Thank you!

Chuck Henninger is a legend. I have found my home for any and all auto repair needs. He looked at my car same day, dropped me off and picked me up and obviously knows what he’s doing. He was incredibly reasonable and just an all around decent human. I am incredibly impressed and know exactly who to call for next time! Thank you, Chuck!!
