I love the location of this shop. So convenient. The mechanic is amazing and very down to earth. He never does any unnecessary work and he is honest. He isn't "Henry", he bought the place years ago from Henry, but he will answer to Henry anyway bc he is a nice guy.

Wallace is a honest Mechanic! He talked me through the problem gave me options and didn’t try and sell me on things I didn’t need. Great price also! I won’t bring my truck anywhere else as long as he’s around

What a pleasure to finally find a honest Mechanic! Just an absolute joy to work with, kept me informed the whole time. He knows a lot more than the kids working in dealerships and a lot less expensive. He took care of me. I will never go anywhere else. Super guy, lot of respect for all his knowledge. Took in a Mercedes ML 350 (dirty word to most mechanics and knew was going have to take out 2nd loan on house to pay for it normally), he fixed with no problems and my kids will be able to eat. Thank you Wallace, you are a rock star.

Wallace is kind, helpful, a magician at diagnosing and fixing lots of kinds of cars and just all around honest mechanic. Highly recommend. I once pulled up in my beat up old Civic with a broken A/C and Wallace popped the hood, stuck a pocket knife in something and instantly had my air blowing cold again.

Wallace answered my call about 20 minutes after closing on a Wednesday evening, had the tow truck deliver to his location by 8am the next day and I picked up my car at 4:00 that same day. He was very communicative, explained things well without talking down to me, and he made the whole ordeal of my car "just dying" on me much easier. I will absolutely use his services again, if I should have the need.

Henry's is Fast and they were so reasonably priced he knew what the problem was with my vehicle right away and went straight in. This is my new Favorite car shop I'll be coming here for all my car needs. Keep it up Henry👍👍👍

I will give Henry's Service Center the highest praise I can give a mechanic - this is an honest mechanic's shop. Saying anything else would be gilding the lily. I had my vehicle towed in after hours with a 'no start' condition. They fixed it the next day for a very reasonable amount. They addressed the actual problem when they could have very easily ripped me off and I would have been none the wiser. This is my new mechanic and I will getting all of my maintenance done here from now on.

The place may not be neat and clean but Wallis is the most knowledgeable and capable mechanic in Baton Rouge. Great prompt service and never tries to sell you a service that you don't need. Also great prices.
