I have some problem with my town and country 2014 my mechanic out of town I searched till i found these beautiful reviews iam exciting iam calling him today and let's see wait for update after I fix it. 👍 Edit: So yes I dropped my van and after one hour he called and find out I have 3 major problems and he gived me more option to fix it and make it easy for me he is so good and so honest. It's hard to find that in any mechanic that I know. So wow I read the reviews before I go and now iam one of his customer and my wife also will be his customer.

I needed a new mechanic and saw these great reviews about Herman's. I've had my car in to Al twice and received competent and professional service. He's been honest and gives fair prices. He charges fees if you use a credit card and I didn't see his sign and called him up and he paid me back the fees to make it right. I appreciate the service I've received and I think you will too!

Such a great shop! I discovered them by looking for a place with good reviews and they've absolutely earned every single 5 star. Been going here for around 6 years now, pretty sure Al recognizes the sound of my van pulling in at this point because she's an old rust bucket but a good runner, so we see him a bit more often than I'd like. But he's always friendly and willing to chat a bit even though they're always busy. Al has a great way of breaking things down to customers about their car problems in a way that's easy to understand but never, ever feels condescending. (Not even when I called the tire pressure light a jack o'lantern and said the van was telling me it's pumpkin spice season.) The only complaint I could make is sometimes there's a few day wait but that's true for any decent shop, and they'll do their best to try to work you in if they know you're in a pinch. I have and will continue to suggest Herman's Auto to anyone who has or is thinking about owning a vehicle. P.S. The doggo (whose name I keep forgetting to ask for) looks and sounds scary but he's a very good boy and I love him.

I cannot say enough great things about Al and his shop. The guy will drop everything to help me out (a repeat client). I have referred several friends and family to Al. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and will do anything he can to help you figure out what the issue is with your vehicle. He’s honest and a straight shooter. I never feel like as a female not knowing much about cars that I am being taken advantage of. I have shopped around a lot to different auto shops in the area until I found hermans auto. I found my mechanic!

Highly recommend Hermans Auto Clinic on Howell Ave in Milwaukee. Super friendly, down to earth owner and staff, fellow dog lover too. Dealt with my check engine light cost-efficiently and a direction on how to replace a simple gasket myself without having to come back or pay labor. Have had many family members go to him as well and have a fantastic experience every time. Thank you Al!

I brought my Chevy Volt here, as it was not passing the emission testing, engine light was on. I feel like I got a very fair price, and a very honest diagnosis and repair. Extremely pleased with the service and repair. My car was repaired approximately 8 months ago, and the issue was fully resolved. I will take my car back, and I will recommend this shop to anyone!

Al is very helpful and very fair with his prices. He effectively repaired a leak on my muffler, which kept me from having to replace it. And just recently, he did my front brakes and I'm so happy I went to him. Highly recommend.

Ever heard the term, shelter in a storm ? That's Al. We showed up on a Saturday night just before closing, with a window fallen into the door and only one night in area. OMG he meant us on Sunday morning, did a temporary fix, told us how much it should cost, so we would not get ripped off and sent us on our way. WOW.

Honest guy. He could have easily ripped me off on $800.00 for an uneaded repair, but gave me an invoice for $150.00. I highly recomend Herman's.
