I took my Lincoln car to be repaired due to it was idled low and die in out on Monday two weeks ago every day I call check status and spoke to Jose by the nickname Pepe always promising to return calls and saying it would be done today and that never happened so when I went and picked up my car to test drive it I broke down they did not make an attempt to answer my calls so I had to pay for towing when I told him they needed to pick up the car cause it wasn’t drivable I found out that they had stolen my new Walmart battery with a warranty and put a old one in that is not loyal and dependable then they put a old one in my backseat thinking I would not notice but I know what I have and what I purchased my car was never fixed right I just brought it in because it was idling low and cutting off when I picked it up it only was it not driving it would only drive in reverse they messed up the transmission the air conditioner does not blow cold air any more the windshield wipers do not work at all and they damage the transmission because it only drives in reverse it will not drive I told him this and then he kept saying oh bring it back when I told him it’s not drivable they needed to come get it which I don’t even live far from the location on Bandera Rd they lied and said they would come and they never would come to get it to this day I am left stranded and they damage my vehicle so bad I can’t even get a hold of management or owners because they are never there answering the phone only person I get a hold of is Jose and he’s a liar always says he’s going to call me back or he’s coming to pick up the car and he don’t they ruined and damage my vehicle these mechanics are not certified they’re 18-year-old Mexican probably immigrants don’t speak English don’t know what they’re doing they may only know how to change flats but they do not know how to work on cars mechanically because they are not certified This is the deal they leave me without a vehicle or Transportation and they do not make an effort to return my call or do me right and correct the damage they made I will be contacting a attorney in this matter because they are not cooperative and making an effort to fix the damages that they have done to my vehicle

Hernandez is a great place to bring your car for repairs. My car was deemed a total loss, and they fixed it for a great price. Honest, hardworking, and able to fix in a timely manner. I really appreciate all that they do for their customers. Hernandez es un lugar excelente para llevar sus autos. Alguien más me dijo que mi carro era una perdido total después de un accidente pero en Hernández lo arreglaron por un precio excelente. Son trabajadores honestos y arreglaron todo en buen tiempo. Aprecio todo lo que hacen por sus clientes.

went to a lot of muffler shops in the west side all of them said buisness open but were closed when i went to check in person and or didn’t answer their phones / this place was super busy but got me in n out in 30mins got my muffler welded here highly recommend

After searching all over town for a reasonably priced tire due to a recent blow out, Martin was quick to answer the phone and get me set up with a good tire. I came back later to get an alignment and I’m very happy with the work done, I’ll definitely be back

I went to different shops and they all told me to leave the car and come back later, which i wasn't comfortable with .This place was the only one that allowed me to stay in my vehicle while being fixed, I appreciate that .They worked on my vehicle, didn't take long, they didn't try to overcharge like the other shops . Reasonable price . Absolutely recommend this place (wished that accepted the Snap finance program !)

Do not get any exhaust or catalytic work done here,!!!! I just wanted 1 cat replaced . They destroyed both O2 sensors and welded like a 2 year old. HOW DO YOU WELD THE O2 SENSOR TO THE EXHAUST ...!!!!! This is going to cost me a complete bank 2 replacement to repair ... NOT CHEAP !!!!! I will not let your company anywhere near my vehicle...

My name is Minister Terry and I had been experiencing car trouble I have a Mercedes Benz and a Tahoe . and I needed both cars checked and the owner Hernandez for the first time showed me very excellent customer service and fixed my Tahoe and was very honest at a reasonable price.. with the A) C ,, The service was so great that I'll be putting my Benz in the shop Thursday morning for the same work or more,, PLEASE CHECK THIS SHOP OUT FIRST BEFORE YOU GO ELSEWHERE AND THE SERVICE WAS DONE THE SAME DAY.. Thank God for this shop. We were on our way to San Angelo from New Orleans when my truck decided to overheat on a Sunday. Luckily, we found Hernandez Tire and Muffler shop online. We pulled up and they were super busy. We only waited about 5 minutes before someone came to talk to us about what the problem was. They knew right off hand what needed to be changed. My water pump had gone out. They called a local store to get the part and didn't stop looking until they found one. After that it took only about 2-3 hrs. for them to change it. We are very grateful. I would highly recommend this shop.

Had a great experience with the Hernandez tire and automotive. Came in to get tune up. My car wasn’t moving right. After all. Abraham quoted me a great price and their team got in done in a few hours. Highly recommended their service.

They fixed both of my front tires because they were slightly bent which caused my car to shake when driving above 50mph. They fixed them in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Highly suggest.

Best shop hands down! One of my rims had a dent and was looking @ $800-1k to have it replaced or $200 but would not match my set. Remembered they’d helped me before and sure enough yet again. Called @ 5:45pm and for a MINOR MINOR fraction of the previous quote my rim was repaired and balanced. All within 45 minutes thanks to Abraham and the guys @ Hernandez! 🙏
