Broke the handle on my truck bed, threw it in the back without saying anything and when I noticed after getting home wouldn’t reimburse me for the part (20$). A little courtesy would’ve went a long way, that’s no way to do business…

Very disappointed that I was unable to get the proper service that I normally would get from this place. In the past, they would always fix any tire. In fact, we priced them on the fact that they would fix any tire. We would always send business there way because of that, not anymore. Not only would they not fix the tire, we asked if we could pay them to put on our spare. They spent 5 minutes trying to get our tire off, then decided it wasn't worth it. I honestly looked at this place as our friends because we always have them the business. However, I had to drive 15 minutes away and give the business to Tampa Tires & Wheels on N. Nebraska. He quickly said he could patch it and had it done in 5 minutes. This place has lost my business.

We had a terrible experience with HERNANDEZ TIRE SHOP. We bought a used tire and in a month blew up almost causing a tragedy. We came back and they said it wasn’t any warranty. We bought another tire and replaced the other side just in case. We noticed the tires flat and put some air in both of them. Five (5) days after the purchase we went back and they said the tires were repaired somewhere else and we want to scam them 😳. Then argued that we were lying. They are NOT HONEST people. If you are going to buy used tires, please DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE.

Drove 45 mins for them to tell me I had to pay another 60 after tire blew with in three days after getting it and told me some one must have cut the tire will be adding photo

FAST and friendly service. The speed at which everyone was working amazed us. Every worker was friendly and efficient. The price for a patch was very fair and we waited maybe 10 minutes total. My only regret is not having cash because if ever a worker deserved a tip is was the guy who serviced our tire. Great tire shop - will recommend and will be back in the future.

I had a pretty ridiculous tire situation- they were honest about the chances that it could be patched. When I decided to replace the tire, I was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had a tire leak near this shop and stopped in just by chance and convenience to have it fixed. I’m so glad I did!!! Service, courtesy, and promptness were exuded by every one that worked there. Needless to say I am having them replace all the tires and rims on my vehicles from now on , and you should too!! Highly recommend these guys!

Very rarely leave someone a 1 star review. But dishonesty deserves it. Bought my tures online. Stopped by with my car to get a quote on mounting balancing tires. $20/tire was the quote. Came back next day with tires in my car, and same guy goes it's going to be $40/tire. Dishonesty? you decide! For my Spanish amigos: Muy raramente dejar a alguien una reseña de 1 estrella. Pero la deshonestidad se lo merece. Compré mis fotos en línea. Pasé con mi coche para obtener una cotización en el montaje de neumáticos de equilibrio. $20/neumático era la cotización. Vuelve al día siguiente con neumáticos en mi coche, y el mismo tipo dice que va a ser $40/neumático. ¿Deshonestidad? ¡Tú decides!

I had the best experience coming to this tire shop and I had to share. I was running late although I knew they closed at 6 so I called due to desperation since I had a tire that wouldn’t get me home. They waited for me before closing and gave me great service with great attitude. Along with this they gave a used tire that might as well be new since I ordered a new one just to help me get home and the next day I came in to put on my new tire. My car is running great. Toyota put me on a waiting list to get an appointment since I wouldn’t make it to their shop in time along with this Toyotas price was not at all close to these guys prices. They are amazing and I felt the need to share with all. Will 100% be coming back!

Man, better tire place impossible!! I happen to be looking for a tire shop to mount 4 new tires I got for my F150.After being on the phone with different shops all around the area I live in, and getting ripped off left and right for getting my new tires mounted, these people kindly made my day. I was given the best price with no appointment needed. Arrived to location at 9.45 am and left the place at in less than 30 mins. This is what I call QUALITY SERVICE! I highly recommend this tire shop for any help you may need regarding your vehicle! Big shoutout to the crew and owner! Thank you guys! ¡¡Señores , mejor lugar para los neumáticos imposible!! Resulta que estoy buscando una tienda de llantas para montar 4 llantas nuevas que compré para mi F150. Después de hablar por teléfono con diferentes tiendas en el área donde vivo y de que me estafaran a diestro y siniestro por montar mis llantas nuevas, Estas personas amablemente me alegraron el día. Me dieron el mejor precio sin necesidad de cita previa. My whole family always comes here, these are good people. Hard workers, they're always fast. I drive from the other side of town to these guys just because they've always been extremely dependable. Im a 22 yo girl and I feel great swinging by alone as well for anyone who's nervous about these sorts of things. Love these guys 👑👑👑👑👑
