Ii called for a tire but the phone was answered saying they were a smoke shop. I checked my number and asked again if I was calling Hernandez Tire. They hung up. I called back and got a fax sound. Apparently didn't want my business.

They dont use inside patch for tires. Holes they use the temporary one try to Charge 20 but the right price was 15. Next day. Tire loosing air. They toll me if i check with water if is lossing air. If is not from there it will be another charge but i said with a inside patch he said no we dont use those he suppost to check all leaks before fixing it. I check 2 stars. If i can i check non the worst service in wichita ks MAL MUY MAL SERVICIO. NO USAN PARCHES INTERNOS. LA LLANTA PIERDE AIRE. EN LUGAR DE CHECARLA TE DICE QUE SI LA REVICE CON AGUA. Y SI HAY OTRO HOYO A PARCHAR QUE ES EXTRA. LE DIJE OR ESO VINE AQUI. OK. REVIZALO Y ARREGLALO CON PARCHE INTERNO. Y ME DICE. NO USAMOS ESOS PARCHES. QUE SALGO DE AHI. Every tire shop around oldtown just saw my low profile tires and a challenger to boot. And the convo went like just buy new tires, or this is too near the side wall cant be patched, period. I discovered hernandez tires and jesus was just amazing! Even though they were packed, he patched up the huge gash in my tire within minutes. Keep up the honest attitude guys. Thanks👍

Great place to bring your car. I had a mail in my tire. They got it patched within 15 minutes and had me back on the road for 15 bucks. Will definitely be back.

He lie and he doesn't know how to fix the cars he break some parts in my car and he asked me to pay for it when i ask him my car key he refused untill charge me for nothing plus my car undeliverable

Ever had a surprise flat tire put a damper on your day? Well come to this shop to get it fixed! Getting my tire patched in under 10 minutes and only spending $15 for it was so worth it! The employees are hardworking and polite, and seem to look out for their customers much more than large chain auto shops. This shop will forever be my go-to for tire related problems!

Hernandez Tire shop got my F250 running great. I highly recommend them. Had alignment $80 center support bearing $135.99 an u joint replaced$59.99.got steering damper replace and fix the frame$139.99 one used use tire $40. Rotate and balance all 4 tire $32. These are prices whit labor. No more death wobble.thankyou Hernandez Tire shop.

Purchased tires from here pretty sure they dident balance them at all since one wheel dident even have any weights on it and my truck started shacking after having the tires put on.

We had a terrible experience with Hernandez Tire Shop. We took our SUV in with a problem with the brakes "grabbing" when we tried to stop. Gerardo Hernandez test drove the car to see what was happening and told us we needed our brakes replaced. We hired him to fix the problem and paid him $214.00. Gerardo told us to please come back if there were any problems. A couple of days later our brakes were "grabbing" again. We took the car back in to the shop less than 1 week after he had "fixed" it. Gerardo had a very smug non-helpful attitude and told us that we needed our rotors turned. We told him the reason we brought the car in originally was to have this problem fixed, why would he replace the brakes if the rotor"s were the problem? His response was "you told me to replace the brakes so that's what I did. Basically, Gerardo charged us $214 to do something that we aren't even sure needed to be done meanwhile leaving the issue we came in to his shop for unresolved. His attitude was very pleasant while taking our money but he did not address or fix the issue that we had when we came into his shop and when we returned he had a very bad, non-helpful, and unprofessional attitude. Our recommendation: DON'T go to Hernandez Tire Shop unless you have money to give away for nothing!! We would give this shop no stars if this were an option.
