tried to sell me used tires for $300, spent an hour trying to get a tire mounted on my rim they gave up and only sold me 1 tire and 3 valve stems for $100. the tire blew out on the highway not even 24 hours later. of course no refunds

They sold us a tire that was slashed. We got to our destination 2 hours away where our car initially caught a flat just for the mechanic to tell us that they cannot use the tire because it was slashed. I called and they said they would swap out the tire and mount it themselves on the rims. We drove 2 hours back and when we got there they told us they would be charging us for the new tire and charging to mount it. Neither of which was discussed. We called the owner and he stated that he will only charge for the tire which we agreed to. The worker there told us no we have to pay for both and that since his brother was not there he sets the prices he wants. This entire experience was an inconvenience. Not to mention I’m 39 weeks pregnant and can go in to labor at any moment and having to now drive back another 4 hours tomorrow is extremely inconvenient.

The helper told me one price and then one of the owners friends came after me, he attend him first and told me it was an emergency which is why he had to attend him first. Then gave me a different price. Will never go back again 👎🏾

Siempre voy a comprar llantas a ese lugar y todo el tiempo andan de mal humor, y para terminar pronto hpy fui buscando una llanta y me dijeron que no la teniam ya con el carro levantado y me querian combrar 15 dls por poner la de refacción yo entiendo que es un negocio pero si no tienen lo que vas a buscar entonces para que lenavtan el carro y al finar querer cobrar por ponerte la de refacción, es un abuso, al final se fueron y yo poniendo mi llanta de refacción, jamas vuelvo a ir a ese citio, NO LO RECOMIENDO 👎👎👎👎👎

Best tire shop on the Southside in okc. Definitely recommend them to anyone. They are super nice to my dad, and I really appreciate that. Great prices. They don't try to rip anyone off. They are funny, I got a couple of laughs from me and them while changing my dad's tire. Went to them again today to balance out a tire for my dad. Again, great service. Wish I knew about them a long time ago.

We are non local from texas and blew a tire on the way home after picking up my brother from school. Firestone refused to serve us or even pull a recommendation for another shop. They eventually sold us a tire for almost $300 and sent us on our way with only a hope and prayer to find someone to mount it. After some help from C&J, another local service, we got in contact with Herreras and they stayed open past closing time to mount the tire for us. Only $20. They saved us a major headache and we are beyond appreciative of these kind people who slightly inconvenienced themselves to help strangers in a bind. Also, they currently have a pigeon who has taken up residence inside. If you want great service, awesome prices, and a friendly birdie to hang out with while you wait on your car, Herreras is the place for you!

This tire shop was amazing! The employees talked with us about different tires and even changed a tire for us just to see if they would fit the Jeep with its current lift. They are extremely professional and the service was great.
