My car has been there 4 months this year and has more problems now than before! The last time I picked up my car it broke down again within 2 hours. Good luck with getting a message through to anyone that cares enough to call back! Today I called about my car and was asked "who the f*** I thought I was"... I replied, a customer!

Cliff and his crew at Herritage Automotive are outstanding. Sometimes they run into problems on a vehicle, just like any other shop. They will let you know, and work with you to find the best possible solution. We use them a lot, we have bought a vehicle, had another vehicle towed, and had them work on vehicles that we have not had the time or resources to work on. I recommend them to anyone that asks me for a mechanic or place to buy a reasonable vehicle in Kinston.

He will sell you a vehicle half fixed and will not keep his word. He deletes the computer system so it doesn't throw any codes and he does not stand behind his work I bought a vehicle a few days ago and four engine codes are on now took to a dealership and they told me he had to of known the codes were showing. I didn't expect to get a new vehicle but I did expect something reliable and not to have to work on it two days after getting it.
