Let's just say we just dropped our vehicle off for the 3rd time on Monday. The 1st time was for the initial repairs to the rear lift gate and the next 2 were to fix repairs to the horrible paint job. For some reason the paint around the rear window keeps shrinking and cracking. My guess is because the paint isn't fully cured before they push it out the door. On top of that, after the failed 2nd repair, we were gifted a flat tire that they hand no clue about. Would not recommend them at all. .

Snow plow vs car. Thanks to Hesser the car won. Originally told (by insurance company) the car would be ready by March 7th, due to expected supply issues there was a delay until March 13th. Surprised when on March 8th, I get a call from Hesser, car is ready! Excellent work, faster than expected, transparent about work, parts and updated. Highly recommend.

They are amazing! I have a 2010 Rav 4 and it was squeaking in the back of the door. They tightened up something and now no noise!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

My entire experience was ideal from my first visit, drop off of my vehicle, and pick up of my vehicle. Exceptional customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and completely accurate with all I was told, including how long it would take. I highly recommend Hesser. Very kind and friendly, too. I interacted with the manager and assistant manager.

I had a parking lot fender bender that I didn’t want to go through the hassle of working with insurance on, so I took my car here and their service staff got me the best quote in town for the work I wanted! I just got my car back and the job they did was amazing! They even threw in some touch up paint for me. Highly recommend! (Extra props to their office cat too)

I recently got into a fender bender and Hesser Collision was great at walking me through all the appropriate steps and helping me get everything sorted. They offer complimentary loaner vehicles which makes getting my car repaired easy and stress free!

I was thoroughly impressed with Hesser. I brought my Kia in for a repair after I hit a raccoon. Their work was professional yet didn’t feel stuffy like all the other places I’ve worked with before. Great customer service and quality work. I also like that they are a progressive network shop. Highly recommend.

Hesser Collision did an awesome job on repairing our 2005 Toyota Tundra! I worked mostly with Tim who is professional and friendly! From initiating the insurance claim until the project was done - he kept us informed of the progress regularly. He coordinated service work that needed to be done and made sure we were happy with the job! The truck looks great and I can't say thank you enough for the A+ service!

Hesser body shop repaired our car after an auto accident last year. They were great and the car was exceptionally clean when we got it back. Yesterday I took my pick up there because I thought I would have to replace the tonneau cover as it had something very sticky on it and when I tried to clean it off it looked like there was a white stain on it. The young lady in the office took it inside and used a cleaner on it wiped it down and it looks like new. They refused to take any money said it was a courtesy. They will get any of my work.

Just picked up my pick up from having some body work done through insurance. They were quick, efficient and very friendly!! They cleaned the truck front to back inside and out when they were done and the truck looked amazing when they were done!

This place is somewhere I would not recommend they have a VERY RUDE front desk lady and they keep your car LONGER then what they tell you without even TRYING to contact to let you know
