Performed service needed. That part was good. Was quoted $131 as my price, when checked out, was $265. So double the price for service quoted at $131. Will not be back for"subaru" service.

Went in the other day for 54k mile service on my Outback, and I asked for all 5 tires to be rotated. In less than 5 minutes after dropping the vehicle off, they called and said that I needed new engine and cabin filters that I had just replaced 6k miles ago. They said my 2 month old wipers were cracked and that I have a strut leaking. I told them not to replace the filters or blades. When I came back to pick the vehicle up, I wanted more details about the strut and said I have the Gold Plus Coverge. The guy helping said he didn't know much about the Subaru warranties, but there would be a service fee for them to run diagnostics on it before having it replaced. (Why would you run diagnostics on a strut if you already told me it was bad?) As I kept asking to confirm that the warranty covers the strut he changed his tune and said the strut wasn't an issue. I also asked again, confirming that ALL 5 tires were rotated. He said yes. When I got home, I checked the tire in my trunk, and it was NOT rotated. (And yes I have 5 full-size tires)

As always this dealership never fails to disappoint!!! Like majority of Subaru drivers in the springs, I constantly pray for a different Subaru dealership to open. The service department is a joke. Trey, the POS, arrogant cuck thinks it’s cute to disrespect and belittle customers. I’m sure like most 1 star reviews this dealership gets, the owner will pay to get them removed. He makes snarky comments to people who leave 1 star reviews before paying to delete. When the owner is the weak link it’s not surprising the dealership sucks. The only good thing I can say about this dealership is they do employ special needs people. In all the years I have been forced to have warranty work done at the only Subaru dealership in town, I never met or even had a conversation with anyone in the service department that wasn’t mentally retarded. Because of this and the fact 0 stars wasn’t an option they’ll get the 1⭐️!!! Edit: I did find another shop and what the so called “certified” Subaru tech was wrong in his assessment that oil was spilled when the hood hadn’t been opened in over 4 months. My “opinion” that it was a leak and not a spill was confirmed. Repairs are being made and vehicle will be ready tomorrow.

I have been going to Heuberger Subaru ever since I bought my car there in 2018. I drive from Parker, Colorado because I trust the company and enjoy the service provided. This last experience was exceptional! Brian was polite, professional, and very informative. He always communicated when I reached out and kept me updated on the progress of my car repairs. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Had an appointment at 10:30 for service on my forester. By 4pm my car still hadn't been brought back to be looked at and I was told my 10:30 service appointment was actually an appointment to talk to a service advisor. Very disappointing and poor customer service! You failed Heuberger.

I wanted to share my experience with the Heuberger Subaru service department. They have a nice waiting area, free coffee, and will pay for an Uber to take you home (and back) if your service is going to take too long to wait. The young man I worked with to address my car's problem is named Jean. He was so helpful! He was respectful, friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the process. While everyone that works in this service department might also be great, I cannot speak to that. But Jean, in particular, was wonderful.

We recently had exceptional service from the team at Heuberger. Our car was in the shop and we had an unexpected hospital visit. This provided a big challenge for us as we needed the car but couldn’t take the time to pick it up. Maclovia and team went above and beyond for find a way to get the car back to us. They all worked together to deliver fantastic service. We can’t thank them enough.

Have had multiple bad interactions with this place. Most recently, dropped my car off for tire rotation and oil change and to have the tms sensor checked out. They took it upon themselves to perform a “60k mile maintenance” on the vehicle which essentially is a multipoint inspection. This cost me $616 in services charges plus an additional $250+ in parts including $150 for spark plugs themselves (which were not broken) plus additional charges for taxes and “shop supplies” for a grand total of $941.15. My car not even at 60k miles yet. When I asked them why they did that and why it costs so much they said “customer requested the service” and it “costs what it costs”. They didn’t even do basic things other places do like run it through the wash before returning it. It also took all day.

Incredibly frustrated. I left the vehicle under the care of the dealership to fix a mirror. When I picked up the vehicle, there was a dent on the front passenger side fender. They took pictures and said it was there before, but I know it wasn't. After the manager, Cole, called me, I asked did the footage cover everywhere the vehicle was, and his reply was, "No, but I asked my manager that we should add additional cameras to cover other areas."

The service crew took good care of the used car I bought before driving it from the dealership: they washed it, changed oil, cleaned up the engine, made the tires and wheels shiny, and among others.

Very fast tempo drop-off location for work to be done on your vehicle. There are so many moving pieces and vehicles constantly coming in and being pushed to the mechanics' bay to be worked on. I needed three things to be worked on for my car. It took roughly 24 hours to receive my vehicle back. Plus side is that because I lived close enough to the shop I was ordered an Uber directly from Subaru. Once my vehicle was ready. I also was sent an Uber by Subaru to bring me back to the shop. The work that was done to my car was done pretty accurately. I wish they would have reset the oil change and tire rotation information in the vehicle's system, so it would start the internal tracker. But that's an easy fix on my side. The tire pressure on my tires was not set correctly though. Two days later my tire pressure warning came on. Easy fix on my side. The best part was the communication between myself and the tech that assisted me through the entire process. From informing how the process would work since it was the first time I went to this dealership. To keeping me updated on the work being conducted for my vehicle. He also reached out at a good time of the day to inform me that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following day. He gave me a fairly accurate time when I could pick up my car the next day. He was off maybe by 30 minutes. Which, is fine because I needed to pick up the car later in the day anyway. I highly recommend this shop.

Very nice dealership. I get my 2010 Subaru serviced here, and they have a free coffee bar, nice waiting area, and provide free Uber rides home when they have long service waits times.
