This place is absolutely amazing. The group of guys that work there are some of greatest mechanics in the Louisville area. I will NOT take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommended. Larry is my mechanic he is,smart,professional and funny. If you want honest great work done to your car this is the place to take it to. 💙

Customers can trust Heustis Service Center. We've sought their services on several occasions over the past 15 years and have never been let down. Paul Heustis has 3 or four decades of experience (maybe more). He is practical with his advice and suggestions. More recently we've had more interactions with Chad than Paul and he is just as helpful. The air conditioning compressor was replaced along with the assembly. The parts and work came with a 12 month warranty and all at a fair cost. And completed within a day. To me, that is amazing.The a/c works like new again and reaches a temperature of 38°F. What more could a driver want as summer approaches. Thank you Chad and everyone at Heustis Service Center. We are sure to be back!

10/10! Honest, quick, helpful. They tell you what you need and do not try to over sell you anything. They explained everything and are extremely reasonably priced. Another chain wanted to charge me more than $30 for an oil change. I got an oil change and tire rotation for less than just the oil change at the other place. Highly recommend them and will be coming back for sure!

My car had a persistent check engine light issue and I called Chad at Huestis Auto Service. They were able to take my car the following day, run the appropriate tests and reset code. Amazingly, no reason for light activation! In contrast, the dealers contacted were scheduling out several days and quoted $100 MORE for just a code check than Chad charged for test on Evap system. Let’s support all small businesses! Call Huestis!

Yes I had work done there 5/4/22 they told me they were doing a front end alignment after replacing a lower control arms and outer tie rod ends but they did not do a front end alignment so I ended up having to buy new front tires because they gave information uncorrect now they're trying to blame it on struts and shocks I will not be taking my car back there again make sure you check before you leave that they done all the prepared work I did score them a 2 because they were very nice but their work was not performed right cost you extra money and won't do anything about it

*Charged more than they quoted *scratched my driver's door down to the metal and all they had to say was well it was outside two nights. *Told me to come by after work yet when I did they said you gotta come back the boss left. So they scratched my car and wasted my time. *The guy at the counter had a nasty attitude. Avoid at all costs.
