Just bought a tire on Saturday and this is the tire they gave me that is no good owner REFUSES TO REFUND ME MONEY BACK. I had to pay for a whole another tire from another shop because my car wouldn’t make it home horrible service

HGO Tore Shop saved our day. It was Saturday and we had a blowout and they were open. Had the right tire for us and we were out in 20-30 minutes. The cost was very reasonable

I’ve come here for used tires and patches and I will not go anywhere else. The staff is professional and polite. The prices are the most reasonable in the area. Even in the times I had to wait was no more then 10 minutes. 10/10

I was told 2 used tires were 50.00 each and then went in to pay for them and the price changed to 60 each The guy inside didn’t believe me and ask the tech and said no he was wrong to tell you 50.00 So it’s 60 each and when I said I was using a card now 70.00 each I told home that’s bad business And I had my girlfriend send me so money to cover the extra cost He got mad and said go somewhere This place sucks and is very rude I’m never going here again if that’s the way they treat there customers Jerrys tire is a lot better

Lots of workers and open late. I needed a new tire. They had one and got the old one off the wheel and the new one balances and on the car in about 15 minutes. The man working with me was smiling, joking, and pleasant even though it was 30 minutes to closing time. It was quite a deal at just $115 for all that.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hgo's Used Tire Shop in Waxahachie, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Vanessa's welcoming smile and genuine eagerness to help made all the difference. Vanessa is an absolute gem, and unlike other shops that push the most expensive products, Vanessa prioritized my needs and budget. The men inn the back were also great. The prices were incredibly fair, and I felt like I was getting the best value for my money. HGO tire shop HWY 77, Waxahachie Tx. I have been a loyal customer here, I paid for 2 tires but was told that they only had one of a specific brand and one of another brand. Well one of the brands was already on my car so apparently one was NEVER changed but I was charged for it. Went back to talk the smaller frame manager on 3-27-2024 about it just to replace it. He then threw my money on counter . I replied no just need the tire replaced. He went outside talking in spanish to the workers so I could not know what he were saying. He is very RUDE but he wouldn’t want his family member to be wrongfully charged or talk to crazy. These service people always trying to get over on a female so like gender discrimination to me

I was recommended by tow truck driver I called I was quoted a price of $85 for a used tire when I got there they said $100 gave it to me for $90.I had no choice no spare to remove my locks he said $5 each which didn’t take 1 min I told him $10 for all 4.I am thankful I got it done was in a bad situation but they were very nice and worked professionally over all they’re tires are tooooexpensive but it’s in a town were you can overcharge not many options so you stuck.Thank you again for your service and also they let me leave my truck until I came back with another driver.

The guys there are awesome. They waist no time in getting the job done. You tell them or show them what you need and they take care of the problem. Used tires there are reasonable and affordable. I'm not sure about new tires or rims. They definitely know what they are doing. Quick and friendly. If you need anything tire related, you need to go to these guys fast and reliable, would recommend this tire shop to anyone.

I used to go here but they have gotten greedy ever since the owner died. I used to pay $80-90 for 2 good used tires. I went up there the other day and they charged me $130. Mind you for 2 off brand tires. Won't be back and I've used them for 6+ years, heading to Navas instead.

Guys here act as a sorogate uncles. They work my tires, they open jars my kids can't, they notify me of engine issues and give referrals. They dont make a big deal about language barriers and get a translation and give you the exact same customer care without shortening it bec they wanna get it over, nope you get a whole entire explanation. I love their teamwork! This place needs to allow tips!! Staff is wonderful never a bad visit.

HGO Tire shop is outstanding. These guys are dedicated to their buisness. Open everyday including Sunday, these guys don't stop. They have helped me so many times with my fleet vans, trailers, truck, and racecar. I would recommend them hands down over any other shop in waxahachie. HGO has never let me down. The people there are very nice and very busy They make you feel secure and they make you feel they know what they're doing and they take care of you and they're very nice. That's the only place I would go. I've been going for years and you need a tire new or use. They will take care of you very friendly. And the Prices are very reasonable.
