Absolutely incredible service. Vigen spent a good hour with me the second I arrived at his shop to discuss the hail damage I had on my Subaru. He immediately got on the phone with everyone he needed to help out with the damage even before I agreed to be a customer. The whole team worked with me with my really tight timeline as I was just passing through Vegas on a quick trip. They made sure to get the damage fixed asap since I live in my car full time and can’t be without my car for too long. Vigen and Frida kept me updated every step of the way and were very honest about how long everything would take to fix. My Subaru is back to looking beautiful and I’m seriously blown away by the care this family gives their customers.

I drove down to Vegas for a trade show, and along the way heard some knocking from under the hood. I got in touch with Hi Star and they were able gov get me in immediately and were able to diagnose the issues immediately. Now my truck is quieter than it was before I started my road trip. Being a technician in the trade with mechanical and body experience, I would undoubtedly recommend anyone to go to Hi Star. And they’re straight shooters! They’ll let you know what the issues are, good or bad.

Very professional and kind people Vigen made sure they were updating me about my car the whole time my car was in the shop and they did an amazing job at fix my car. Looks brand new! I’m super happy with my car 10/10 recommend going with them for any car related issues.

Hi Star customer service is supreme!!! Everything is hassle and worry free from dropping the vehicle off to getting a rental. They provide high quality work in a timely manner. I have had work done at Hi Star three times and will continue to return if the need arises. Vigan ( the manager) is a genuinely good person who truly cares about the customers. They definitely provide top quality service at Hi Star!!!

Absolutely great job customer service absolutely wonderful and amazing. They got me Huber back home back to the car. Did a great job cleaning the car and polished it after I absolutely love it. They told me he’s gonna be ready in four days and they did it in four days I’m happy. I’m very satisfied with the customer service. They absolutely great, specifically vegan is amazing. I really do recommend this Body Shop for any kind of work. Small big absolutely great did a great amazing job. I will give them five stars. I have 10 I will give them 10.

Was looking for a collision repair shop for my car. Went thru 3 different places to get quotes. This shop appeared 1st on my list but because it was far from I skipped it. In the end I came here to a quote and I have to say I was glad I ended up here. The owner is very friendly and super nice. His customer service is of the best. He gave me a good quote and not just that but attended me and my mom with such care and excellence. I totally recommend this place. They treat you well and take care of your needs. His customers speak well of him and his shop. I'm making this my mechanic shop from now on. Thank you Vegan.

Definitely came in clutch! Needed a certified DMV inspection for my rebuilt tittle. I pretty much ran around the entire city looking for a place. The Dealership was about to rip me off for one for almost 300 bucks. Called them last minute after making a bunch of calls, they took me right away. Inspection was done in 30mins. Referred me where to go for the actual DMV portion. Highly recommend this place!

I needed an auto body shop that can repair my car that was deemed a total loss by insurance. I called around and was referred to this shop by another repair shop that doesn’t do total loss repairs. They highly recommended them and after reading the reviews I called and decided to have my car fixed there. These guys took care of my car and got it looking better than it has in a long time even before the accident. A few minor issues were taken care of immediately and they proved that they truly care about making the customer happy more than these insurance companies. I won’t hesitate to use there services again.

Honestly one of the best body shop experiences I have had. The manager was very very helpful and was able to quote me right away. My Lexus needed a little help after a clip fell off my front fender. They were able to fix quickly and at a great price. The staff is friendly and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommended if you don’t know how to fix your car or have any real damage.

Came here because my friend Raffi suggested this place to me. One of the best auto shops here in Las Vegas. First and foremost they did a HIGH QUALITY JOB. The dealerships themselves should learn from this place because they literally are THEE BEST in terms of customer service, quality, and expertise. These guys are honest, I even tested them several times to see if they'd lie to me, and surely they didn't. Would really recommend them, and thanks to Serj for helping us out, he did an excellent job! Will be a lifetime customer here, especially since they're doing a way better job than the dealerships themselves.

Everyone at HiStar treated me with respect and explained the process very clearly. After fixing my car, they even detailed it, and now my car is gorgeous! You have to go here. You won't find better prices!

Was looking for a place to get some body work done after my grandmas' car was an in accident, after visiting a few places I landed here at Hi Star. Many places just give a quick quote and say bye but Vigen and his staff were extremely receptive to having a conversation about our expectations/wants/needs etc right off the bat. What was attainable, may be too broken, and which things would need re-work. Very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process with updates and pictures to boot. Very comfortable setting to do business, the kind of place you'd recommend to...your grandmother or other family to get any auto-body needs fixed. The finished product was better then factory. The paint, pearlescent white, was perfectly matched and blended for surrounding panels. You couldn't tell anything had ever happened to it.

While the repair of my vehicle took quite a bit longer than I was expecting Vigen and the crew over at Hi Star went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was fixed properly. They made sure I always knew what was going on, and what next steps were, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend them!
