Matt and Zach have taken care of my Honda Accord for well over 10 years now and I would not dream of going to another mechanic. Excellent and prompt service, reasonable prices. They provide ‘Good’, ‘Better’ and ‘Best’ repair options whenever possible and ensure I am informed so I can make the best decision to keep my car in top condition. I never ever thought I would meet an auto mechanic that I trust but I can say that 100%, I trust Hi-Tec to deal with me professionally and fairly. I highly recommend this business to anyone shopping for a dependable mechanic.

Took my truck there and it sat there a week with no call. When we called they were just gonna touch it then. We asked for our car back! That is unacceptable! This was our business vehicle!

Do NOT go get your vehicle inspected here. They do not know what they are doing & will fail you for something that does NOT matter. Go somewhere else this place is a joke. Wish we would have went somewhere else these people suck.

I have gone here multiple times , and have always revived excellent service. They are to the point and recommend the best course of action for the problem you have : they dont cut corners. I will definitely recommend them to anyone . Edit - 3 years later with still the same workers and honest people . Can't go wrong with them and they will never try to steer you wrong . I will gladly take mine and my friends cars there for good quality work . :)

I was not satisfied. The person who answered the phone did not call me back to give me a price on repairs. I could have been a potential customer but when he did not call me back, I decided not to do business with the auto repair business.

Had misfires in my Nissan Juke and a work friend recommended these guys. Since car break downs are never convenient I had to tow it to them while I was at work. Not being able to arrive with my vehicle made me nervous, but Matt made me feel confident over the phone, and for a good reason. He was able to install my new ignition coil in a day and gave me suggested services but did not try to upsell me whatsoever. Day and night from my last mechanic, their communication style and honesty is greatly appreciated by me. I know I will be coming back to them.
