Manager Richard did a great job with unruly customers all day. He handled them better than I would have. A testament to his resolve. Truck is all good to go.

We ordered tires through Helen S. At the 240187 Hibdon location on November 10, 2024. The tires have taken several weeks to come in. No one called us to let us know what was going on with this order at any time; we had to call after 1.5 weeks and were given the answer of “we don’t know what’s going on with this order; we have not received them yet”. We have now gone into the location to check on the order and the associate gave a less than satisfactory attitude toward us. Upon her looking into the order, she found that three of the four had been delivered but had no real initiative to figure out how to get the fourth tire in. This was in addition to an attitude when a, what we thought was a customer had jumped in front of us. The “customer “ was actually a tow truck driver and needed to be helped first, which was more than acceptable to us; however, instead of letting us know nicely, Helen snapped at us and let us know she needed to assist him first, and then proceeded to make a face to the tow truck driver in response to our questioning why he had been helped before us. The customer service that we received caused us to choose to cancel the order and request a refund. We may still choose to go with Hibdon, but will definitely not be using this location again as long as Helen S. would be the associate we would have to use.

First of all this place is way understaffed and after talking to the store manager Shannon I understand why. She is a very rude person and has little to no patience. She had a new girl named Mona that was trying to train as she told me it was her second day on the job, but everytime she had a question her manager was no where to be found. Shannon has something bad to say about almost every customer after leaving, including myself im sure.I will most definitely be taking my business down the road because this is obviously how she treats every customer that's walks in the door. I can't be the only customer with this type of experience. Upper management really needs to look into this before they lose even more loyal customers like myself before it's to late

The service is greatly appreciated. The staff quickly responded to my walk in as they were already busy with existing customers. I was checked in & the wait wasn’t long after that, I was & out.

The store manager is rude to customers and her employees she's supposed to be training but instead she has her kids at the front counters eating food and chitchatting with her.

I made an appointment on the 10 th of November for the 11th of November, I get there yesterday on veterans Day, and they proceed to tell me that even though they told me they had in stock, the tires I was quoted, for 327dollars , they only had an upgrade for 435 plus tax, ,,,, They did not honor the price they quoted me folks! Point being is that I could care two shits less about the money,,, However, you and I, as do we All must live by PRINCIPALS..... Would I go back???? No I don't think so.... I would like to point out that they were very courteous, Also they wanted to sell me 2 sensors for 160 dollars.... Does the car need them? Probably...... Anyway it took 2 hours.... I dropped two wheels and tires off Sunday November 3 2024 to be re balanced as I had them done at another hibdons they used the incorrect weights and they flew off leaving the store. I came to this store in hopes they had the right weights. Monday passed no call. most of Tuesday the 5th of November 530pm still no call. so I go to the store to pick up my tires they're still in the same spot untouched. Someone dropped the ball. Giant waste of time. This is the 4th or 5th time I've had a bad experience at this store.

I came in for a wheel alignment and tire balancing. Had an appointment for 8am and was 4th in line. Alignment went well, but when they went to balance tires the mechanic that was doing it took a food break and I was left there waiting until 11am. Then it took another 20 mins for the waiting room crew to get free to give me my keys. The crew in the waiting room did great, just wish there were more people working there since they said Monday was their busiest days.

Richard was THE BEST! After going to two other tire shops who were rude/didn’t help me, he was able to successfully help me find 3 tires I needed at a good price. Even though the tires were not in stock at his location, he was able to get the tires from other locations to help me get it done today. He made my day so much easier and I couldn’t thank him enough! I will definitely be coming back. Amazing customer service!!!

Went in at 9 am for a flat tire and got forgotten about for hours. Finally got my car in, and they DIDNT HAVE MY SIZE TIRES. But just didn’t tell me. i found out walking around and finally asked someone working on my car. Had to basically yell to get them to put my spare on, so i could go find somewhere else. Would not recommend these jerks.

Be ready to wait but the staff is kind. The schedule times don't line up. Was told to come in at 2 but when I arrived they said they couldn't get to it until 5. I had a small emergency and needed to leave and they decided to pull the car in when I needed to reschedule. It seemed to be a rough day for the whole team. They were short team members so they did what they could

Great customer service. Just be sure to shop your price for services. I'd like to edit my review after a return visit just to fix a flat tire. On this day, the consistency of quick accurate service was extremely lacking. With only one desk emplouee taking on a standing line of 10 or more potential customers made for an unacceptable 30-40 minute wait time just to get your repair process started. A more devoted effort at obtaining quality employees is a must. If you wish to make a visit, be prepared to wait.

I called and made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and asked how long it would take, they said 1 hour or less. I checked my car in for oil change and tire rotation and asked the same thing,how long would it take and she said I was next there was no body in that bay and it would be a an hour or less. I was on time. After an hour and five minutes I went and how much longer would it be, she went out and asked ,he said he was checking my battery and checking my fluids and it would be another 30 minutes. I told her to tell him I have a brand new battery and my husband checked and filled up all my fluids. To have him finish and bring my car, since that was supposed to be the last thing I thought he had to do. She told him and he said he had to put the plug in and fill up the oil. He said another 15 minutes to be finished. It was another 30 min. Don't tell me 1 hour or less, time 1 hour 43 min. Do what is bought in for first.multi task the job, drain oil, rotation. Rotation was unclear if it was done. The lady waiting for her car was there two hours the day before and she marked her tires got home and it wasn't done came back today to have them do it again. Bad customer service for both of us.

I paid for tires and set up an appointment online and they did not actually have them in stock like it said when I arrived. The available options were not as good of a value, which is why I had picked Hibdon in the first place.

Lobby stays on phones way too long. They need a person that does nothing but checks people out. Had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my vehicle

Wife goes in tells lady behind the counter driver rear tire goes flat, hour later says she needs a new tire, they had the car jacked up trying to fix the passenger side tire, they don’t listen to the customer, stay away from this location

I dropped my car off at 807am, to have 2 tires checked for slow leaks, balance and rotate all 4 tires and an alignment (all prepaid Lifetime work). I called the store for an update at 2pm and was told, VERY RUDELY, "we're just getting started on it." At 515pm they called and told me my car was complete.

I've been using the shop for years and have generally been satisfied. The biggest downside to this place is it's EXTREMELY busy! The business is always packed. Just my opinion but they should consider expanding the facility to better handle the volume of customers and service work. They do good work, and I do recommend them, just be prepared to wait for a while.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service Experience To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the deplorable service I received at your MWC location on July 25, 2024. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:49 AM, fully expecting a reasonable turnaround given the time commitment I made. Instead, I found myself caught in a web of poor communication and ineffective service that completely wasted my time and failed to meet even the most basic expectations. After dropping off my vehicle, I called around 3 PM to check the status and, after being placed on hold for a staggering 15 minutes, was told that my vehicle should be ready in about 25 minutes. While I was informed that the balance and rotation were complete, I was left waiting for the alignment check. Upon my arrival at approximately 4 PM, I was assured that my vehicle was “about to get to the alignment bay” and would be done promptly. What followed was the most infuriating wait, stretching nearly to your closing time at 6 PM! I was not only forced to wait for an excessive amount of time without any updates but was also confronted with the absurd news that I would need to spend an additional $500 to “fix” my vehicle. This entire experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. Frankly, it's outrageous that I had to spend my entire afternoon waiting around due to your insufficient communication and lack of respect for my time. If your team had simply informed me that the service would take the entire day, I could have made alternative arrangements and avoided this entire fiasco. Instead, I was toyed with, left in the dark, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I cannot stress enough how deeply dissatisfied I am with the lack of effective communication and service I experienced at your establishment. It's shocking that you seem to have forgotten that without customers, you are nothing! The appointment, drop off, and pick up was smooth and on time. Communication was good, service and price was fair. They let me know what all was needed without trying to pressure you too much. Only suggestion is an organized line for people to wait in. There was constant confusion about who's next in line with people standing around various places, and more coming in not know where to get in line, or who is even in line vs just waiting on their car.

Been going here for over half a decade. One of the few places I trust to take my wife’s Mini. Always busy, but the service is reliable. The current manager is an upmost professional. As long as you’re a patient listener they’ll always do right by you.

Upcharged 400% for oil, 90.99 on reciept for 0w20 pzl plat dexos full syn, it goes for 23.99 at nearby store. Labor cost marked separately. Scam company, do not recommend.
