I went in and told the service advisor that we needed a balance and rotation, but, if we need an alignment or a set of 4 new tires, to call me and we will get whatever is needed. Dropped our Mazda off at 9am, I had to call at 330pm only to be told it’s ready. No one called and I still don’t know what was completed and what it needs. When I picked it up at 5:30, I was told “ no charge” but Was not given any paperwork. And of course the warning light for low tire pressure came on immediately when exiting the parking lot! I asked the gentleman to call me today to order tires. No call. Since we just relocated here from Frisco, TX, I was really looking forward to finding a reputable company to work on our vehicles, all of them as well as my company fleet- X Healthcare, 90+ vehicles statewide. But unfortunately, I will have to try somewhere else. TG *Update/follow up service on 11/1/24* Trey said to bring the Mazda back in, I did, I asked for them to check all of the same information again as well as address the low tire pressure indicator, as it keeps alerting but the tire pressures are all good, must be a faulty valve indicator. Picked up the vehicle and the indicator came on again in the parking lot, called Trey who said "well, the indicator wasn't on when we parked it." So, as mentioned before - I will go to a competent shop - I gave them a second chance and they proved to be incapable of correcting a simple issue, what a shame. TG

Needed new tires and alignment. They took care of all my needs. Yet my lock nuts are gone with the key. That part aggravated me. Yet got what I needed.

Trey went above and beyond to rescue a little old lady & her little dog yesterday. I had come out to a flat at Walmart and he came and aired up my tire and got me to the shop, where they found a nail in the tire. I have bought three sets of tires from this location and had work done on my car, they are always friendly and courteous. I will continue to use this Hibdons for all of my automotive needs in the future, Thank You Trey.

The work that was preformed was good. However, I was told if I used my Hibdons credit card I would receive a $100 rebate. I went online to Bridgestonerewards.com and told my purchase of the four tires did not qualify for a rebate. I was very frustrated and disappointed as I would have used my VISA and received a refund. The workers at Hibdons are very kind, thoughtful and professional. Thank you.

I had a bolt in my back tire so I did what I always do and drove over to Hibdon Tires Plus. In the past they've always fixed things like that for free. I was shocked to find that not only do they no longer do that for free (unless you bought THAT tire from THEM), but they were going to charge me over $20 to do what they used to do for free. I didn't have a whole lot of choice so I agreed. I left my truck with them and had family come pick me up because they told me it would take until the end of the business day. While I was home I got to thinking about how big of a jump that is from free straight to over $20. So I decided to call another Hibdon location just to see what they said. They informed me that it would cost me $10, which I found much more reasonable. Unfortunately the first location (NW 23rd & I -44) already had my truck. Then I get a phone call from them telling me they can't fix it because it was right next to a spot that had already been patched. I went and got my truck and took it to a tire shop on NW 10th between Meridian and Ann Arbor. They were friendly and helpful and it was cheaper!

I had an appointment for 11am today that I setup 5-6 days ago. When I showed up at 10 minutes till 11 I was told it would be a few hours. I don't understand the point of the appointment then. I was spending a little over a thousand dollars for the tires I was getting.

Employees are very friendly. Was going to another hibdons on nw 23rd. But the employee there was so rude an a liar, I called this one, totally different attitude an concern about their customers. Stay away from 23rd. This one is top of my list

Jesse and Dave are the go to guys! I’m sure the other workers were just as great but I didn’t get to meet them. Jesse and Dave really showed great customer service by being friendly, helpful, and organized. I would like them to get some recognition for their work which is why I’m putting this great review in for the whole store! They created the perfect experience!

Received a great price on tires through my wife’s employer who is contracted with Hibdons. Service was just EXTREMELY SLOW even with an appointment made in advance. Took almost 7hrs to install 4 tires and never during that time did the store call me with updates. It was not until I called them 6hrs in that I was told when it would be ready. If a business utilized appts for service, the vehicles should be serviced close to the appt time, otherwise it is simply a drop off so why bother with appt.

Very knowledgeable staff. Could not repair my tire, but I understood the reason. Also did not have my tire in size, but I understand that also. 275/35r21 is not very common. I will be back.

It was the best experience my tires were not there and it was memorial day they thought they were going to be delivered that day and they weren’t. They sent someone to get my tires instead of saying oh you’ll have to wait they were efficient.

They seemed nice other than not being able to find me in their system since all locations do not communicate with each other via a proper database. Not necessarily their fault buuut the kicker is that once it was all figured out the work done left my car pulling worse than it was and tbh it wasn’t even pulling enough to need an alignment. I just received a reminder email saying that alignment check time was here so I went in and had it done. Even weirder part is that the tech told me after the alignment that there is one part that needs to be replaced to give it a proper alignment annnd it’s the same part that was recommended to me in the same way on a different car last time I had lifetime alignment with Hibdon. So has me wondering if that’s the normal scam at Hibdon. After the 1st alignment of a lifetime package y’all just say no more alignments can be done until this part or that part is fixed. Well it’s funny that the same excuse was used on two diff cars and neither needed it.

Went there on the way back to New York to check some vibrations I had after installing a set of Yokohamas in California . They checked the balance and said they were good and to my surprise after installing the wheels back the vibration disappeared. They DIDN'T CHARGE me anything,very honest shop . Thank you guys
