Disappointing Customer Service I had an appointment for an oil change on November 17 . I asked the front desk employee if they could also check the tire air pressure, but he barely spoke and simply nodded, offering no clear response. When I checked out, I asked again whether they had checked the tire pressure. Without looking at me, he shrugged, pointed to the air pressure hoses (suggesting I could use them), and mumbled, "we usually check it." It turns out they did check the tire pressure and even noted that the tire pressure light was on, advising me to monitor it. However, the front desk employee didn't mention this to me at all or offer any helpful information. His lack of communication and attention to detail was extremely disappointing. A simple, clear explanation is part of his job, but he seemed uninterested in providing it.

My girlfriend and I took her Toyota Camry to have brake work done at this location. When we got the vehicle back the brakes squeaked very loudly. We took it back twice for them to diagnose the issue and they were never able to do so. Today they are still squeaking.

Asked for an appointment Appointment was confirmed Also asked for certain tires In my appointment request i explicitly asked not to make the appointment just to “bait n switch” me on tires. Showed up for the appointment He claimed that there are only 7 tires in the entire country I asked him why he confirmed the appointment when he knew what i requested. He said i didnt have an appointment I got receipts Hibdon is not family owned anymore and it shows with deceptive sales policies. Website says suredrive tires available within 24hours

I have bought tires at Hibdon for over 40 years. Always a good experience except for the normal wait, so I usually eat across the street while I'm waiting.

Stay away from this place. They led and lied to me the entire weekend throughout the repair period. The manager, or so he says, is very rude. I raised the issue about them leading me on and failing to deliver on their promises and estimated repair times and all I wanted is transparency so I could have planned accordingly. Instead, the so called manager, started shouting and raising his voice asking me to calm down. A way to go Manager. Even I weren’t calm, which I was, it isn’t the way you treat people. Anyway, done with this location.

Dropped my car off for a turbo replacement and wiring harness error codes, was there a week. When I picked it up my showed that the turbo was replaced at a cost of 2400 dollars and I was informed that the two wiring codes were one and the same only after doing some research I found them to be two different problems , other wise I would have given a higher rating

Set an appointment so I wasn't just a walk in and I could get my alignment and go. I found out that appointments mean nothing and you're still just a walk in and you're going to wait. I could have dropped it off if I knew that. Instead I'm stuck here waiting. Very unimpressed!!!

Worst service ever! I had a 1:00 appointment, for oil change & flat tire repair. I left @ 3:30, no oil change, & informed the tire was no repairable! 2 1/2 hours wasted, absolutely nothing done!

2.5 hours waiting in a waiting room with NO AIR CONDITIONING! After being told it would only be an hour to fix a flat! My car didn't even get pulled into the bay until right at 2 hours of waiting! Another guy had an appointment, and he had been waiting 2.25 hours!

Nail in tire. Showed picture of long nail in sidewall and said tire needed replaced. Took somewhere else and pulled nail out was like a tack.Tire ok. Taking advantage of me to make a sale. Also very rude. Ignored me for 5 minutes. Other stores are ok. Got a call from store to talk about bad survey. Hung up on me.

On Tuesday I walked in and told them I probably had a nail in my tire, they were busy, I asked Nicolas to look at my tire and if I could make an appointment. Just give me your name he replied it just takes 45 minutes! After 2 1/2 hours I talked to him again and complained, he belittled me, drove my car in the bin, but there was nobody working, they all went to lunch, yes there was a nail, but too close to the rim, I needed a new tire. They gave me options, but I have Michilin tires!!! That all took over 3 hours. I was so very upset!!! I didn’t receive a call that my tire was in after 5 days so I drove to Hinton. Issaiah was working he, I told him my experience and that I would never come back to Hibton! He had me taken care of in under 30 minutes, made me feel like a customer, not like a stupid woman! Thank you Issaiah! He should get a raise!! With regards Monika Miller

This is so awesome that you can say what you want about businesses. Hibdon tire, great that I found a place that could take care of installing 2 new tires and change the oil. The only downfall besides of how high prices are with all businesses is the fact they failed to check a slow leak in the tires I didn't replace, when I asked them if they checked it they hadnt but pulled it back on the rack and took care of it.

Always friendly, professional and courteous. The work was done correctly and on time as scheduled. My vehicle was returned in the same clean condition as when it was dropped off. I am very pleased with the customer service offered and executed from both Sean and Isaiah as managers. G

I wouldn't do it!!!! Shawn the manager only cares to defend their mistake!! Poor customer service! Go to the hibdon on wilshire and may they fixed these half steppers mistakes... THEY HAD MY CAR 3 DAYS AND COULDNT FIX THE PROBLEM. Took it to the Hibdon on wilshire and may they fixed it in 2 hours. This hibdon really pissed me off, im also writing corporate a letter so they know they have people who are not honest and lazy liars. Hopefully you dont have to deal with these manipulators but if you do BEWARE!!!

The manager and the gentleman running the desk were very professional and very customer friendly. I made an appointment online to get 2 tires installed at 9AM. I arrived at 8:50 and there were already 5 people waiting. I expected to wait and did for 2 hours, however, the job was done correctly, and the tires were exactly what I ordered and the alignment was done as advertised online. These guys were extremely busy but had good attitudes with everyone who came in or called.

This was my first time using Hibdon after the company I used for 20 years just went downhill. Friendly service and great communication. They couldnt find my locking lug, apparently the previous company I used didnt put it back. This happened with my wifes car at the previous company and they cut off the lugs and didnt replace them leaving only 4 lugs each tire and dint even notify us. HIBDON CALLED US, informed us of the issue, broke off the locking lugs, and replaced them at a reasonable price. That is how business should be done. I will be a Hibdon customer here on out! They did leave my car a bit of a mess( my center console had a lot of crap in it, so partially my fault) digging around looking for the locking lugs. I should have verified if the locking lug key was there ahead of time and saved them from digging in my mess of a console, so I only deducted 1 point for this, just a small annoyance. Still A + service from these guys! It was a nice change!

Unfortunately, I never leave negative reviews but this is crazy! This is the 3rd time I have scheduled an appt with them way in advanced over the phone, bring the car in for an oil change and still not done 2 hours later because their online system doesn't work and they don't know who has an appt so they'll get to it when they can! People make appts around their jobs, kids pickup, etc. Hate that I have to leave and no solution or apology given. Will NOT return to this location!

These guys were a great help with my emergency situation. I had a piece of rebar stuck in my tire and they stayed later to help fix the issue. They were very friendly and professional with every person I saw them interact with. It was a blessing to receive their help.
