Every time I attempt to give them another chance, they remind me why I should stick to my word and not do business at this Hibdon location. Customer service is horrible and training is necessary.

On this Sunday in the middle of a heavy rain/severe weather outbreak, I discovered that my car's wiper blades were in critical need of replacement. I called Hibdon, ALEX answered, & urged me to come right over so that we could correct this safety-critical problem. Within 30 minutes of that original call, Alex had replaced my windshield wipers, made sure that I tested them, & sent me on my way--& I'm now a loyal Hibdon customer!! Thanks, Alex & Hibdon--y'all are AWESOME!!

Was worried about my tires that I had just got patched and the tire pressure light came back on. Alex was super busy but filled air in my other tires which were low and made sure all of them were good to go! Quality of service was great!

**Hibdon Tires Plus - You’ve Lost a Customer for Life!** I am absolutely appalled by the service I received at Hibdon Tires Plus. I went in for something as simple as a tire change, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. The amount of time they took to replace just *one* tire was beyond outrageous! I expected to be in and out within 30 minutes, but instead, I ended up waiting for over two hours. Two hours! For a tire! It’s completely unacceptable, and frankly, it shows a total lack of respect for their customers' time. What really infuriated me was how indifferent the staff seemed about the whole ordeal. Not once did anyone come over to give me an update or offer an apology for the delay. They just left me sitting there like I had nothing better to do. I had plans that day, important things to get to, and they clearly couldn’t care less. The attitude I got when I asked for an update was borderline rude. Is this how they treat all their customers? On top of that, the waiting area was uncomfortable and filthy. I don’t know how anyone can sit there for any length of time. The chairs were stained, the floors were dirty, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom. If you’re going to make your customers wait that long, at least provide a clean and pleasant environment. It’s the bare minimum! But apparently, Hibdon Tires Plus doesn’t understand the basics of customer service or cleanliness. I will *never* be going back to Hibdon Tires Plus, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. If you value your time, your comfort, or even basic human decency, avoid them at all costs!

I had to have my car towed there because we could not get the lug nut off on the highway. On arrival I purchased three new tires for my vehicle. Three hours later, David called me and told me I would have to come get my car as they could not do work on it because they could not get the lug nut off! This shocked me as I thought they were professionally trained mechanics at this location. I had to call a tow truck and towed the car to my elderly father’s carpentry-shop Person. The 74 year-old man was able to get the lug off in about 30 minutes. I drove the car back to Hibdon and had the tires put on it. I should’ve went to another tire shop, but the manager was too incompetent to issue me refund. The manager did promise me prompt service, which of course he could not deliver. I’m very disappointed that the mechanics at Hibdon can’t take a lug nut off a tire. While at the store I used the bathroom. The bathroom look like a train wreck or a Homicide scene. There were homeless people sleeping on the side of the business And a naked woman was walking out in front of the business and had to the call the police! This place is a dangerous! I would strongly suggest not giving these people your money, Take your vehicle to a real shop with Real mechanics in a safe part of town.

I went in today, at the NW 23rd street store, to buy 4 tires and to schedule the work for a later date. I already knew the tire that I wanted, however, the friendly gentleman informed me that they only had 2 in stock. I told him the Hibdon’s on SW 3rd street also had 2 showing available as well; but he told me those 2 tires were all of the Hibdon’s stores’ tire inventory, combined, for that particular brand. I asked him if he could order some, to which he replied, “No, we can’t order them…the warehouse has to just send them to us.” I said, “So I guess I’m SOL?” To which he replied, as I walked out the door, “It could be tomorrow, next week or even 6 weeks.” Funny how the website said “BEST SELLER” on the tire I wanted, and was advertised by Hibdon’s, yet it was unavailable? This apppears to be nothing but the old BAIT AND SWITCH, used by con-artists! And this is how a customer of Hibdon’s, for over 52 years, is lied to. You can advertise them; you just don’t sell them, right?! And to top it off, they don’t do anything about the complaints; but Bryan will follow up with the same old generic reply: "Hello Alan, we are sorry to hear of the poor treatment you received while visiting our Oklahoma City store. We would like to address this with our team. Please email socialcare@bfrc.com with full details, so we may further assist you. ^Bryan." BTW Bryan…addressing this to you, through email, will not be necessary, because this IS the FULL DETAILS! Does Freddie’s or Discount Tire mean anything to you people? You can sign me out as a pissed off 52 year Hibdon’s customer. I gave two stars, because the gentleman, that attempted to help me, was friendly and smiled, as I walked out the door. Bye Bye now UPDATE: I purchased tires from Discount Tire for $477.62 OTD the next day. Discount Tire had me out of there in less than 30 minutes with my new tires mounted and balanced. (Discount Tire's also showed only 2 in stock; but they took care of it and TOLD their warehouse what they needed for theCUSTOMER!!!

It was easy to get my truck in for service. They listened to what I wanted and needed. They made some sensible recommendations that I already knew I needed. So, I feel very confident in their integrity.

The mechanics do things right the first time and if they don't they fix it no questions asked. I have taken my vehicles to hibdon for more than 10 yrs and have never had bad service in my vehicle.

Looking for a new set of tires for a company truck while passing through Oklahoma City. Alex was able to get me in on a busy Saturday with no appointment. Kyle completed the work in a timely manner, and I was back on the road. They explained the cost of everything to me and I received a print and email copy of my receipt. very efficient and knowledgeable location. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in at 9am today and was told it would take 3 hours to get to my car and replace the tire, it’s now 1pm and I’m being told they haven’t even started it on it yet and that it might be another 3 hours, this is ridiculous, terrible location

Ended up having to take my truck elsewhere. They're were too busy standing around smoking too get to work. Waiting over an hour before I just took my keys and left. Terrible service the guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him.

Took my car in for a brake inspection and was given an estimate of $1890 with a coupon. Was given an estimate with other items suggested for a grand total of $3600.Got a second opinion and got my car fixed for $545. That is just wrong in so many ways. I'm on a fixed income and at the mercy of trusting someone to not being taken advantage of. I would have given zero stars if I could. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I have been using Hibdon Tires for over 30 years. I have never had bad service from them. There have been a few times when they didn’t have what I needed. But, they were able to get it and fix the issue.

It would be nice if they had any availability to provide quick services needed. I had to schedule an appointment for a hole plug for a tire. Walked in about 4:32 a little early f9r the 5 appointment and neither representative even greeted me when I walked in the door nor did they even apply that they needed a second to finish any ongoing to ask before initiating business. When I showed up at 5:00 the appointment was booked for the completely wrong repair. Won't be going back.

Even thou they didn't have appointments available they were able to work me in to look at the issue. They called and explained the issues and were able to order parts and have it ready the next day. Wonderful service!

I've been a customer of this location for nearly 15 years bringing multiple automobiles. They did alright for a decade or so. A few weeks ago I brought one of my automobiles for a tire rotation and oil change. The receipt showed both tasks were done, but the tire rotation was actually not done. Even more important than that, the man that's managing the store, Roy, is very unfriendly and terrible at customer service. He'll generally act like a quiet version of a jerk. I took my business elsewhere and recommend you do also.

I have been a customer of this location for almost two decades. After my experience the last few days I will never bring a vehicle here again. After my fourth trip in for the same issue arriving when they opened I was told they had other appointments to get to and it would be a busy day due to a sale they were having. That was after being there twice yesterday. The attitude of management is anything but customer service. Try another Hibdon, or another brand all together. Something changed at this location in the last couple of years and it wasn’t for the better.

Alittle high on price. But upon further investigation I realized that there customer service doesn't stop once you buy tires. They will ALWAYS be of assistance. Should have bought tires there.

NW 23rd location was a MUCH better experience than the one I had earlier with the yukon location. This is where I will go from now on.

They satisfactorily fixed my both my leaking tire and replaced my flat tire, as well as a new wheel. The old wheel was dented at the rim which is where my tire lost air & went flat. The prices were reasonable, as well! I was in & out faster than I expected!
