This is a dying shop. I use to come here for everything tires rims brakes and all. Now they can't even fix a brake valve or master cylinder. It's also worth noting everyone that works here has a condescending attitude all the time. There is no way they enjoy their job it seems. The worst one is the one who is always at the front too. His name is Dameon and he acts like it's such a big deal for him to help in store customers when he is sitting on hold trying to order tires or some ish. Once they have your money they give no fs about taking care of u. And they aren't even certified. They said the people that are certified to fix a dang brake valve are at Firestone so go there instead. What a joke there are no good mechanics in this area not a single one that doesn't have a month wait time to get your car in, but this place take second worst right behind the AAA who are even dumber than these ppl

The communication between the staff is not the best. I’ve had to take my car to them 4 days straight all because of a balancing issue on my tires. Very frustrating. I’ve never had this issue with the hibdons on Penn in okc.

They went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced even though it was at the end of the day, and they had other vehicles' service to complete. The gentlemen who took my vehicle information for service, the mechanic who provided the service and the gentlemen who brought the battery to the store were true professionals who your company can be proud of and count on the keep happy customers returning. I truly appreciate the kind and considerate service, and I will definitely return to this location.

I was promised a courtesy check on my car, but unfortunately, it was not performed. When I returned to my vehicle, I noticed that all my tires were still in the same condition, prompting me to return inside and request the service they had initially offered. Additionally, I was denied a printed copy of my receipt. After receiving it via email, I understood why—they had overcharged me.I was billed for 15 QTS of oil; my car only takes 6. When I brought this to the manager’s attention yesterday, he tried to justify it by claiming they charge $16.60 for QT of oil. This was incredibly frustrating, as he insisted he didn’t want to argue, yet he was clearly doing so. He promised a refund, but I have yet to see it.I will never return to this location and will share this terrible experience with others. It makes me wonder how many more customers they are deceiving. Shame on him!!

I have got my car serviced at a lot of places and hibdons is one of the best in service I love this one though as they are honest and knowledgeable about cars last time I was there I was taken care of as if I was there own flesh and blood

I have used this shop many times in my 7 years living in North OKC. They're typically very fast and professional. There have been times they are busy (they get really busy. Great location I guess?) and the service rep could be nicer but all I really care about is if my car is ready before eod. It always is and why I have bought two sets of new tires here, any one time replacements and get the lifetime alignment for my cars. Great tire shop in my opinion. Fix their alignment machine and get them more techs.

Paid for an inspection. Tires rotated. ( now my car is out of alignment) Told me I need a cabin filter change $51 ( I pulled filter it is clean) made an appointment for a wheel bearing replacement. Left my car the night before, they called at 8:30 to make sure on the cost. Called at almost 3pm to say the only guy that can do that job was not at work. I needed my car done for something important and they wasted my day and opportunity to have it repaired somewhere else. Looking for a mechanic

At the north May location, I was given a very thorough and easy-to-understand explanation of my brake fluid exchange. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was knowledgeable and didn't mind taking the time to explain! I'm also glad I can track all my visits to Hibdon's. That's a super valuable feature for me.

I was able to get my vehicle in same-day, and they were able to service it and have it ready within a couple of hours. I didn't end up needing a new tire this time, so the service was free. I spoke with Morgan a few times that day, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been a long-time customer...and I will continue to be.

The boys in there were great! Had a good sense of humor and were kind to explain things. I was out in under an hour. It’s rough to find places on the weekend especially late afternoon so they were great to work with.

There’s no way to give 0 stars so I’m doing just 1 star. I went against what everyone was telling me trying to give Hibdon the benefit of doubt. They told me they would try to sell me tires no matter what condition my tires was, I didn’t listen though because I had brand new tires. Came in with a nail in the tire, mentioned before they worked on it that I needed to get my daughter from school. Instead of plugging the tire, they tell me that my “new” tire cannot be saved and that I must purchase one. I turned down the sale and told them just put the tire back on. All of the sudden I get this attitude from the guy I’m working with and immediately felt angered. He told me he could put the spare on for me, but the situation had already made me apprehensive because of all that I’ve heard before giving them a try. Definitely will never come back. At this moment they still have my car. Hopefully all nothing gets sabotaged on my car for denying service. Visit at your own risk. I did and it turned out as terrible as everyone said it would 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I had a flat tire and a nail and a second tire. I was in a rush and called and see if they can help me out. I had my vehicle towed there from AAA. An hour later I went to go pick up my vehicle expecting a heftyfee. Instead they let me have it back for free because they do not charge for tire repair plugs and patches involved. I’m very pleased with this and they are my business for anything in the future based on this token.

The staff took great care of my vehicle and put it in a bay when I could not pick it up on time. I received several calls about the status of my vehicle. I appreciate the patience, customer care and peace of mind that I felt when I picked up my vehicle.

Bad. Took my truck in at 1pm appointment for radiator flush and tire rotation said it would be around 3 to 330pmbefore ready, will call you when done. By 440 pm had heard nothing yet so called to find out the status of the job.Told me that they were not able to get the job done today cost me half a days work and my night shiftsince could not make my shift on time, about 500 dollars Will not be using Hibdons for work on my truck. It's sad that it is so hard to find decent dependable service anymore 🤨

I’m a long time fan of Hibdon’s, especially this location. Ten years ago I moved to Florida. I’m back visiting family this month and took my mom’s car in for new tires today…couldn’t be more satisfied. God I miss customer service like this!! Thnx Morgan for your knowledge and kindness.
