We've been coming to this location for many years, working with the same folks and they are great. They’re helpful and always try to do the best job. After some miscommunication about some recent work, Shane and Jeff along with their team quickly worked it out to correct the problem and went to great lengths to make it right and put us all back on good footing. We will continue to work with them and would recommend them to friends! We’re very grateful for this kind of service and longevity of relationship with people who know us and our vehicles. We had an amazing experience at Hibdon Tires Plus! We had a rental car that had a tire leak, the rental company directed us here. We were greeted with compassionate staff who were able to get us in and out within an hour! Great job guys! We can’t thank you enough!!

Everyone was great! Our salesman helped us even though he was incredibly busy with the sale. We didn't know there was a sale and were stuck with a nail in our tire. The tire had to be replaced and he made us feel like we were the only people in the store. He not only helped us with getting the tire replaced but he was knowledgeable about your other products. We ended up getting our other car done as well; taking advantage of the sale. I also obtained one of your credit cards for future needs. His customer service was AMAZING! The crew that worked on our vehicles were fast and professional. We will continue to go to this particular location from now on. Thanks guys for saving the day!

Jeff Claybill was who assisted me. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable as well as very quick. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my tires and telling me how they were going to resolve the problem. This location has always been good to us when we have a minor issue, like fixing a leaky tire, so they get first shot at anything tire/automotive with our family. That being said, price and service have to be considered and again, this Hibdon has proven to be reliable and fair. There has been a time or two when Hibdon said one thing and the dealership said another and the good folks at Hibdon were correct. This location is our "go-to" for anything automotive and it's nice to have someone you feel you can trust working on your car. Good job!!!

This place is TERRIBLE, please go anywhere but here!!! I went in for an inspection because I had a trip to go to. I picked it up and drove home. After a few minutes, my car started shaking and making weird noises (it was not doing this prior to the checkup). Thankfully I got home safely. I had my dad check my car because i was concerned and turns out all the lug nuts on my left passenger side were completely loose and one was even missing. I called the next morning and they talked to me like I was stupid, but at least they agreed to fix it. When my dad went in to have them fix it, they refused to. Another thing, the workers began to make fun of a lady that walked in to drop off her car. If they do this in front of us, imagine what they say privately! This is so unprofessional. Please stay away from this place if you can!! All I asked was for an inspection, and this is what I got! They didn’t even refund my money. I urge you to try anywhere but here. For them to allow vehicles in this condition is a safety hazard. For your safety, stay away!
