After several years of being a customer; I had a bad experience for the first time and gave them 3 stars. I recently went back and they jumped thru hoops to get the problem resolved, so it's changed to 5 stars.

I am so thankful to William Venable. He went above and beyond for me. His customer service and relatability were above and beyond. I was visiting family in Tulsa and I found this location! Not everyone working in the service areas are like this place. William is one of a kind! Thank you

I can not say enough positive things about the sales manager William Venable! His customer service is above the bar. Had a minor issue with getting a flat repaired and he made it right and did it efficiently with a smile. If you need tires go to this location and talk to him. He will take care of you. If he gets promoted and moved to another local store I would drive FARTHER for the customer service! I moved from Firestone to This Hibdon because of his customer service. In and out today in under an hour for 2 new tires!

They did they best they could with a day's notice...William even stand in and got his hands dirty too. I was just passing through and needed a discontinued tire they had and I was headed by them on a road trip. William does well in his job. People really bragged on him while I was there.

They do alright work. Takes them forever though. Last time I was here they didn’t start until about an hour after my appointment. Thought I’d give them another chance. I had a 9am appointment and I’m here almost an hour now without my vehicle moving. Word of advice to the manager; if you can’t handle getting people in at their appointments then don’t make appointments!

Brought a tire with a nail in it. They lied and said there were 2 holes next to each other which is "no good to repair". They then tried to upsell me a new tire for 200 knowing that the one I drove in on was easily repairable. Avoid this place and save your money. They will take your time and your money needlessly

The customer service was top notch. They took me right in, figured out what was wrong, what needed addressing now and what could wait. My car actually rides better then before it broke broke down. They applied all the discounts available and got me out the door in 4 hours. Great job 👏

Absolutely horrible experience. Told an expected wait time and when I asked about an ETA 30 minutes AFTER that time, the guy behind the counter just wanted to argue. Just be upfront and honest. Won't be going back to Hibdon ever. I will gladly pay a competitor even if it is more money.

Fast friendly service! Came in for an alignment and Eric the technician was friendly and very helpful and answered all my questions, this was on a Sunday when everyone else is closed, will definitely come back again!

It took a long time, cost a lot, and they didn't reset my code and forgot to put my windshield wipers on. I was not happy.

The crew at Hibdon Tires Plus were excellent! I had an appointment for 10 AM, and I showed up in my dirty old 2006 Hyundai Elantra thats been sitting outside more than its been driven over the past five years. I requested your crew to change the oil and check the battery, brakes, tires, and alignment, and anything else that I might not know to ask for, which they did. Your crew found a lot of spiders webs on the tires,and rear axle, but they stayed on course with their task at hand. They recommended and replaced the battery and rear brakes, and all four tires and alignment. My car is almost twenty years old I know its difficult to find parts and I appreciate their perseverance in getting the brake parts. Also, they recommended repairs I will have done in the near future. Your crew is Top Shelf, thank you.

Dropped my car off for brakes & tires. Got a call after they did a full inspection and was told that whoever told me I needed tires flat out lied (Melton Dodge in Claremore) as I still had 50% tread on my tires. They would sell me new tires, but hated to since these were still in good shape. And I only needed rear brakes as my front were in good shape still. They saved me $1,500, which I am truly thankful for!!!

I came in for an alignment without an appointment. I was greeted with a smile, I explained what I needed. The employee explained my options. They got my vehicle taken back and my services done in a very timely manner. I will go back and send family and friends to Hibdon Tires Plus when they need vehicle services.

I dropped my car off at 11:50 for an alignment, was told I couldn’t make appt as it was first come first serve and nobody else was there, came back at 2:40 for my car to be in the same place I parked it and not worked on at all so I just left. They waited until I got there to offer to start working on my car.

I couldn't get help at the exact moment because they were kind of busy and I was in a time crunch but to the built gentleman who was willing to just glance to help me be better informed, I genuinely appreciated it. Same to the cool woman with the colorful hair who helped me. For a frustrating day with a tire hole, the random kindness improved my day. Thanks.

I stopped in for a eval and repair for a slow tire leak. Customer service was very hospitable. They had a few minutes to squeeze me in and fixed it in 30 minutes. I’ll be coming back here for future tire concerns!

Do not waste your time. I had an appt and they kept my car a day and a half and nothing was fixed. Oh they replaced alot of things and charged an arm and a leg and I drove off in tears . Riley is rude. He is not what i would want to represent my company. Didn't offer to make anything right.. told me I needed to take it elsewhere. I plan on taking it elsewhere . Right down to my attorney. That was the worst experience I've ever had. They would not listen to me kept speaking over me. Talked to me like I was stupid . I hope the owners of this location takes time to read the reviews because this is absolutely unacceptable. How dare they treat me a paying customer like I wasted their time. When I was the one without my car for over 24 hours and nothing got fixed. Talk about a complete waste of time.

I got my oil changed at Tulsa Hills Hibdon today and they did great! Reid worked with me from start to finish and I’m very satisfied with his professionalism and kindness. The staff got my car in and out in a timely manner and were extremely helpful. I’ve also had my brakes done here before and had a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. :)

The alignment tech at Tulsa Hills Hibdon plus did a excellent job on ny front end alignment, he had everything in the green on the machine and took his time to get it perfect and tightened everything tight ! He's an excellent front end tech, he doesn't just get it close and thoroughly checked all. Components in the front end before doing the alignment. I watched him do the truck before mine and mine. If you need a good alignment He's your guy at Hibdon plus in Tulsa hills....

I’ve purchased 4 sets of tires with extended warranty’s. Never had a problem until I got a flat today. They kept saying it was next in line. 4 1/2 hours later I just left. Their warranty is useless. They won’t get another dime from me. Edited to add, I went to Cecil and Sons in Sand Springs. It was less than 15 min. The guys at Hibdon wouldn’t even look at the tire for how simple it was.

Scheduling online is extremely convenient. I could also discuss other options once I arrived since I am unfamiliar with what my car needs. I appreciated them letting me know about future updates I need to make like tires and brakes. Everyone there is very kind and helpful.

Tried three different days to have tire patched, they never had availability to get to it same day. They are either poorly managed or severely understaffed.
