Went to the Admiral and Sheridan location. Noe waited on me he was very helpful. I came in for an alignment. I figured it would take a couple of hours but they got me in immediately and I was out in less than an hour. I got a quote on tires and Noe let me know that there was an upcoming sale. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me, they just did what I asked them to do. I’ve had many other shops come up with a “impending doom list” claiming that if I don’t have more work done the universe will come to an end 🤣 Thanks again

Raiyan is THE GOAT! He spent an hour trying to get approval for my a sibgle tire to be replaced on an AVIS vehicle. I was short on time and he did everything he possibly could to help me. I am very grateful.... And Avis, if you are reading this, ya'll should be ASHAMED! Thank You Raiyan!

I ask for an oil change and fix the tire monitor system. I got an oil change and a long list of why i need new tires, when my tires are very good. They ignored the monitor completely.

Rayian the store manger ,was very kind . I couldn’t trouble shoot my tire an noice they fixed it .with two new tires an alignment.they employees were very busy an all we working .Very pleasant visit .

Came in and needed new break pads, rotors and a tire. Some miss communication happened in the shop and could have cost me more money but Noe and Rachel at the front desk where vary kind, Honest and efficient and ended up helping me save money and got my Other two tires done on the house Would recommend them 100% hard workers and kind people.

Came in after being told by Firestone on 31st that they were too busy to help me. Rachel came through in a pinch! Not only did she get my truck right in, but got my tire fixed and got my family and I back on the road to home! Thanks a ton Rachel! You rock!!

Yes, I’m satisfied with the Tech and supervisor at Hibdon tires they took care of my needs and wants for my vehicle and I’m very satisfied with the job that they did with my truck. They were very professional and empathetic with my needs and wants and they didn’t rush me out. They took time to tell me and make sure I understand what was going on With my vehicle. I feel them guys need a raise. They treated me like family and yes, I will tell people about them. Everybody go to Know Admiral & Memorial. They take good care of you.

There is a wait, but what do you expect at a car repair. It was well worth it. They gave me a discount of around $170. I had shock and shock mount repair. Everyone was pretty kind and my car drives way better! I recommend.

I walk in, and there's no customers in the waiting room, and at least 2 tech twiddling their thumbs. I was looking for an oil change. After giving info on the vehicle I was asked if I was dropping off or waiting. I said I'll wait. I was told it was a 3 hour wait! Sounds like the didn't want to do an oil change on a newer car that they knew they wouldn't have the opportunity to upsell. Sad but that's why I usually stick to the dealer. This place is a joke.

Rachel is outstanding! On a trip to Branson from Mustang ok on a Sunday had a flat on the way and She made sure to get me fixed up! And back on the road just before closing time! Service awesome & hospitality out of this world

Hoy tube un problema con las personas de ese lugar me entregaron mi camioneta toda desprogramada de los sensores de las cuatro ruedas y me decian que no servian les dije que volvieran a programar y no quisieron la verdad muy mal servicio tengo mas de 15 años llevando mis carros a ese lugar y nunca Avia tenido problemas creo que es porque tienen puras personas jovenes que no tienen conocimiento de lo que estan asiendo y la persona encargada es muy racista apesar que es mexicano me dijo puras mentiras creyendoles alos empleados voy a llevar mi troca a otro lugar y les voy a llevar la prueba que mis sensores de las cuantro ruedas funcionan muy bien aver si les da verguenza de las mentiras que dijieron y puedan hacer un servicio mejor y tengan cuidado porque estaban flojos los virlos de las llantas no les valla a Pasar algo y se les salga una rueda

I'll say this; there is no difference between making an appointment and just walking in. In fact you may get better and faster service if you walk in! Enjoy waiting almost an hour and a half for an appointment! Faster than a walk in, what a joke..

They were honest and took care of what I needed. I had a tire that kept going low they found a screw in the side wall. So could not be repaired. I needed a new tire but when asked if I should replace both back tires they said no. But then found that my spare was bald. So ended up buying two tires and the good one is now the spare.

Very slow. The employees move lethargically. There are many local tire shops around this area that can get you in and out in less then half the time
