Highly recommend High Country. Cody was very detailed on explaining details through this very stressful process of repairs. They went the extra mile for me in dealing with the horrible insurance company. Staff is great!

Great service. Sent my Toyota Tacoma to get the bumper fixed, it was done within 5 hours. I was happy with the outcome and what surprised me is they cleaned the car inside as well. Super super happy with their service.

This was SUCH A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. It took forever to get my car back. They kept making promises to have things completed and managed to drag it on for like 2 months. They would say it would be ready on Wednesday, then Friday, then Monday. Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to need a rental car or not. I'd make rental reservations based on their LIES and then be stuck without a vehicle. I had to call them daily to get them to do the work. I will not be returning and will be telling everyone to spare themselves the mental health problems these people created.

Highly recommend these guys! They were super nice and patient with me when I called for updates (which was annoyingly often I’ll admit lol). Cody and the lady that works the front desk, I think her name is Dawn, were AWESOME. Never made me feel like I was getting in their nerves by calling. The work they did was awesome, too. I had been taping my bumper so it wasn’t flapping around, and they managed to get all the tape residue off the main body of the car. I’m very happy with the repair and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough, They did wonderful job from start to finish! They were one of the few people that were available to take my call and stayed in contact with me the whole time. They definitely deserve a five-star rating across the board awesome people every single one of them! I will absolutely be getting everything done with them from now on!

I had a great experience with High Country Collision . After being jerked around by a large corporate shop with inexperienced staff and wanting to total my truck, I took it to High Country. They had the experienced staff to work with the insurance company and my truck and did the job right.. Kudos to Travis and the team.

I have now been to High Country three times. All three experiences have been timely and the quality of the repairs are excellent. The staff are highly professional and my car came back good as new everytime.

Be very careful bringing your vehicle here. Had minor hail PDR and a minor rocker panel fix that they performed. It was in the shop for about 6 weeks. I called several times to discuss that I didn’t want any panel replacement and just to pull the rocker panel pulled and repaired as it was very minor damage and did not need to be replaced. They eventually confirmed and understood that I wanted this repair to reduce the cost. When I picked up the vehicle they wanted to charge me for the panel replacement that they didn’t do. Then they fixed the invoice to reflect labor only but charged 30 hours for work that took them only a few. That is fraud. Also, when I picked up the vehicle there as overspray on the plastic trim, hood and other panels. I also now have a rattle in the headliner which they pulled to fix the hail. I’m reporting them for fraud and highly recommend you avoid them. Not sure where all of these reviews are coming from.

Cody was a great help quick about everything he said he would do I would recommend them just by the professionalism I saw there. He definitely did as he said in fact he did better than he said he was thinking he wouldn't be able to get my estimate done till today but it was done late yesterday. Professionalism huge in my book.

I’m really happy with how my car turned out! The paint shines so perfectly. My only regret was not getting my whole car done. They did an amazing job and I’ll be back there when I need a paint job done. Their staff was also amazing. Friendly, helpful, which just made the whole experience even better.

***DON'T BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS*** I brought my wife's vehicle to High Country Collision to have some minor scratches and door dings repaired. I selected High Country Collision because I like to support local small businesses and I'm willing to pay a little extra to do so, and they seemed to have good reviews. Unfortunately the quality work they're capable of doing is inferior. I had to reject accepting my vehicle on two separate occasions. Once because the panels they removed for paint were not replaced correctly and had ridicules gaps. The second was for paint that clearly didn't match. And instead of repairing some of the scratches, they choose to just paint over them. When I was told for a third time the vehicle was ready to be picked up, the paint still didn't match but I had to accept the quality of work they were capable of doing. Ultimately, if you care about what your vehicle looks like, take it somewhere else.

I came in and spoke with Julian about some scratches that happened at a car wash, they were able to get me in and get my 2023 Honda Accord looking brand new again! Awesome work, I will definitely be returning in the future for any repairs. Thank you guys again!

Amazing service and staff! There were a few hiccups with our side mirror and back wiper being replaced, but they went above and beyond to get them fixed quickly -- they helped replace a headlight at no charge! We highly recommend High Country Collision!!

This shop is absolutely AMAZING!!! I am way too late in giving such a glowing review but this awesome, little shop fixed my husband's Nissan Versa for 100% free!! He slid on ice last year and got in a fender bender and these lovely gentlemen put on his new front fender free of charge! We were experiencing some financial difficulties at that time so their generosity meant the absolute world to us!! Thank you SO MUCH to all the wonderful people who work at this amazing shop!

I had set up an appointment with Chad to bring my truck in on September 28th to have some hail damage repaired. Approx. 1 week before my appointment Chad called me and said we needed to push this date out and he would call me the 1st week of October to nail down the date. After the 2nd week of October came I called and asked to speak with Chad. The lady who answered the phone said Chad no longer works there and she had no information on me or my truck even though I had sent Chad my quote from the insurance company. She did say she could re-schedule me for March of 2024. Needless to say, with terrible customer service like this I will not be using them ever again

This shop has been nothing but amazing. They took such great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee after hail damage that was so severe it required a body shop. They're realistic about time frames and returned my vehicle to me like it was a brand new vehicle. I am now working with them to repair some damage to my mom's car. I wouldn't trust another shop with my family's vehicles and neither should you. I highly recommend this team to be the one to take care of your next vehicle damage.
