High Desert Auto Repair Shop fixed my Hyundai Accent check engine light, air conditioning, and purge valve, all within a reasonable price and in great time! I highly recommend this company! They are busy so you know that do great work!! Schedule it and they will get you in within the promised time! I am extremely pleased with their work.

These people were amazing. I can go on all day about the story but the bottom line is they were honest, fair, and very respectful. They can't always answer the phones because they are so busy but they do get back to you as soon as they can. When I was in the shop I saw just how busy they are and how stressful their environment actually is. They handle themselves and their customers with great dignity and respect. I'm going through a rough patch in my life and desperately needed vehicle work and wasn't looking forward to dealing with the mechanic shop. The work had to get done though to get me back on the road legally and safely. I left feeling good about the money spent. I really can't say enough. Give Robin a call. Be patient with her though. She has a lot on her plate. Treat her with kindness and respect and she'll take really good care of you. Tell them Kyle sent you.

I needed the easiest of repairs, but since I was in the middle of moving and didn’t have any tools with me I just looked up mechanic shops around me for assistance. 2 turned me down (not worth their time). One of the heads of a screw popped off holding my license plate. Easy enough of a job. Robin and James took the 10 plus minutes to extract, rethread the screw and replace the screw. They did it for about 50% of the cost of me buying the tools (so pretty cheap). Someone could say “of course they would, easy money!” Sure. Maybe. But they were crazy busy working on larger projects and this likely cost more money than otherwise. These guys were great. Check em out!!

Been here since Dec '23 and very satisfied with my experience being here. 100% will work with you making it a place to go to when your vehicle needs services. I enjoyed the fact that they let me know what was going on with every step and took actions to further proceed in the repair and let me know before the vehicle was to be done so gave me time to go from A to B to retrieve the vehicle. At a reasonable price because they went out of their way to deal with the warranty company and got us a lower price to pay which is a big plus. From everyone to the Automotive Shop and Dealership, both places deserve more and should if you come by and work with the team they will make sure everything is close to your liking and will make it better if it's not. Just have to both work together and everyone will get what they want and all go home satisfied knowing they are making progress with their vehicle. Thanks everyone and have an Awesome Day.

If u love your car like i do and u want the BEST people on the job definitely CALL THESE GUYS. They have excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable mechanic team. The owners are very good people. They gave me a reliable rental car to use during my service. They helped me with my warranty claim. (*Which i was freaking out about doing.) They helped me with the dealership when I needed. As far as pricing goes it was more than fair for me. Most importantly THEY SAVED MY CAR!!! i didn't wanna junk it cause cosmetically its still a beautiful suv. it was being such a pain in the butt but they did everything they could and SHE RUNS LIKE NEW. Bought a car that had issues one month after I got it, to the point it would not run. The car needed a lot of work, but the problems still persisted, and it was hard to pinpoint the what needed to be fixed. I was able to work something out with High Desert and I brought it in to be repaired. There were a few things that needed to be done to get it road worthy. Everyone here was friendly and the work provided was exceptional. It did take some time to find out what was going on, but I did not know that this car could drive this good. It drives a million times better than when I purchased a few months ago. Thank you for the excellent service.

James has serviced all my vehicles, wouldn’t let anyone else near them since I’ve worked with him. Honest, easy to communicate with and very through. Calls to communicate changes in work and if other issues could arise. Overall couldn’t recommend a better mechanic

Highly recommend!!! Had a Dodge Avenger experienceing major electrical issues that stumped many other mechanics. It took awhile for High Desert to verify the problem and it turned out to be the TIPM, usually a very expensive repair. Got a fair quote and due to availability of parts and their amazing skills, we actually came in under quote!! Great service and skill. Thank you Robin, Brody, and the entire High Desert Auto Team.

These guys are skilled, honest, and you can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things right. Great communication and attention to detail. I towed my VW TDI to them after another mechanic installed a new injection pump and then couldn’t figure out how to get it started again. They figured out what the previous mechanic did wrong, fixed it, and charged a fair price to get me back on the road. Make sure to call in advance, as it seems the word is out on what a good shop they are and they’re extremely busy.

They did great, the part I needed is discontinued and not available anywhere. So they just repaired the old part better than I hoped. Now my lumbar works and my back doesn’t hurt when I drive.

James Deans is the most honest mechanic you will find. I have used him for years and recommend his work to anyone I can, because I don't know anything about cars. He has had yo fix other mechanic's work fir me and doesn't mess me around on price. I won't go to anyone else.
