Stopped in yesterday 1/29/24 and was greeted by Robert and Tarek, I had just purchased a 2019 Forester through Carvana and wanted my vehicle looked over and diagnostics run for peace of mind. Robert was beyond helpful, he explained what he was doing while evaluating the condition of the vehicle and even allowed me to view the under carriage of the vehicle. Wonderful experience and a seemingly very knowledgeable and helpful team. Robert's attitude and professionalism has captured my current and future business and I will recommend High Point Auto to anyone who will listen. Highpoint solved a very difficult auto issue for me, long distance. Fred was incredible. He always returned calls and was patient. He got a battery dead car, with a breathalyzer ignition device (so not jumpable) from a low clearance parking garage to Highpoint. All this during very bad weather, me far away and frantic, service was fast and great, but the customer care was extraordinary. Thank you Fred, Robert and Highpoint!

Amazing customer service. Transparent communication. Will return. Helped with replacing engine for my car. They were gracious enough to hold it for me until I was ready to pick it up, after having it for about a month. Highly recommended.

Had to find a mechanic quick because my car wouldn’t start the other morning. Called Fred he’s not only towed my car got it in right away, but ran diagnostics. Replaced the battery and kept me informed the entire process. Fred and the team over at High Point will be my go to mechanic moving forward now that I live in the Andersonville area. Impeccable work, friendly and patient staff, fair and transparent pricing. I had a scratch that damaged the rear quarter panel and the plastic wheel arch. High Point gave me the lowest quote compared to a few other places I called, and took the time to walk me through the fixing process in detail over the phone (Thank you Robert!). When I picked up my car it was like the scratch never happened. 10/10 recommend.

Tried to charge nearly $500 for a battery replacement that another shop less than a block away quoted $220 for. They display an hourly rate of $95 in the office, but when questioned the receptionist said "that's just humor," and claimed the real work rate was displayed on the TV that was magically broken at the time. When we told them not to work further on the car and that we would pay for the diagnostic and go elsewhere, the price suddenly dropped to $300. These men sure have confidence, though it doesn't seem to be based on reality.

Great service and very patient folk here. They had my car for 3 weeks because it was giving so many issues. They kept me updated on the service throughout. Mr Hassan is a kind person and really does go the extra mile for his customers!!!

I have worked with Robert and Fred at High Point Auto multiple times now, and they have been so helpful each time. Not only were they willing to do their best to align with the quick timelines I needed, they also charged a significantly more reasonable rate compared with dealership prices. They are so kind and great at their jobs!

I called for an oil change at 10:45 am and was able to get my car back same day but at 5:45 pm which was good. During the oil change, they called and said that I needed my engine and cabin air filters replaced. They said it would cost an additional $200 for parts and labor. The parts aren’t that expensive and replacing only takes a few minutes. When I went to pick up my car, I got bad vibes from the guy that I paid. I just moved to Andersonville and was hoping this would be my go-to car maintenance place based on the reviews but unfortunately it won’t be.

I highly recommend using High Point for any auto needs. They have always been accounting to my schedule and provided fast service. They even went above and beyond to coordinate a return for a faulty part on my behalf. They do great work and are always willing to explain the issues with my car. I have used them for several years now and couldn't be happier.

This place is GREAT! They did a terrific job with some pretty major body damage, they worked with me to stay within my budget, and Robert was really helpful explaining some complicated insurance stuff. Will absolutely be returning next time I need work done.

Very friendly! I called last minute requesting a quote on a repair job & they were kind enough to let me drop by & wrote up a quote for me right before closing up for the weekend. Very fair, will be using them in the future for repair needs!

Very honest people, have to them for bulb replacements, wheel alignment, battery cable replacements, everything. They are quick, clear and always let you know when there is a cheaper option. Honest people, can’t recommend them enough!
