I came here after work I was very tired I work midnight shift ,the guy wasn't taking any customer I told him this is the only day I have free just got out of work doing midnight shift he said ok he was so understanding and did my vehicle Inspection 👍🙂💯

I had my car service at this shop in June 2023, and the staff and owner were friendly. I came into the shop with complaints that the car was shaking when breaking, and was told by the owner that i needed brakes and rotors. The cost would be $600 to do all 4 brakes and rotors and the problem should be resolved. After the repairs were done and I had the car for a day or two. I noticed that car was still shaking upon taking it back to the shop. I was told that the car now needs front end repairs to fix the shaking and it would cost $1800. Well, that is a lot of money in these hard times and I told them that I would have to save up to get that $1,800 repair done. Lucky for me, my uncle visiting for the summer is a mechanic. He just looked at the car and he said you need three new tires, and the shaking will stop. I changed the tires and surprise surprise 😮 no more shaking. I wish this shop had did a better job of evaluating the car in order to advise me. An maybe that first $600, could have been spent to buy brake pads and new tires 😑 😐.

Customer service is very important in a business. His can be much better because he’s kinder rude as if he doesn’t like his job. Other than that my car was fixed with reasonable price. I advise you guys to use cash to avoid 8% tax charge from a card.

Cashier need to have better customer service they got attitude issues when asking a question,attitude issues when to take off the items when customer can't afford it,attitude issues when customer call the store to find out about items in the store and the fact that they work in the store for months now to do what the store consist of

The head mechanic Zeeshan does good work, as long as what you need are within the scope of the capacity of his shop, though he's not too eager to consider the input of others. Good place to go for those looking for an honest mechanic shop with fair and reasonable pricing. They do not have the machine to install tires, nor do they have the older machine which is required to manually assemble springs and shocks/struts assemblies. If you have your (non-assembled) own, you'll have to go elsewhere.
