Always had a great experience here, I've gotten work done 4 or 5 times. The prices are always very reasonable and the work good. Looks like Brian's son took over and seems to also be a good mechanic but only time will tell.

Great service and will return. Needed two tires and a set of brake pads replaced. All were ordered and completed within 2 business days. Definitely would recommend.

Update: someone else took over and I no longer recommend it. Doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing or what he’s capable of doing. Seems like a nice enough guy but I can’t attest to his skills. Every time he’s looked at something he says it’s fine or he can’t do it. I’ve had to go elsewhere to get the concerns addressed. First time using Highland Auto and certainly not my last. Brian is very thorough, communicative and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them for any maintenance you may need for your car!

I’ve brought two cars here on 4 occasions. The owner is easy to schedule appointments with, he is friendly and does great work, and his fees are fair and reasonable.

Been coming to Mr. Kim for about 4 years now and he never disappoints! He is such a humble and honest man and will gain your trust after your first visit. He genuinely takes care of my car as if it is his own and if it is something he can’t do, he is upfront and honest. Will never go to another mechanic!

In Fall of 2017 my 2003 Chevy Malibu started overheating on I-95 and I had no idea why. I pulled off the highway and only just made it to Highland Auto, and thank God I did! Mr Kim went out of his way to check the car, give me a quote, and offered to get me back on the road on my long trip north within the afternoon. He replaced my water pump and my car was back on the road before dark. Definitely send your business here. Reasonable prices, great work and very personable staff. Thank you, Mr Kim!

I’ve been taking my car here for the past 10 years. Brian is a genuine mechanic. If you find a better deal to fix your car, he’ll tell you to go for it. But for the most part, I take my car here to get oil changes and small repairs. He does good work.

Brian is a kind, very down to earth and humble man, who also is a truly honest and great mechanic. He is right up front with you as a customer and will discuss your auto problem with you with diplomacy and accuracy. His prices are really competitive and decent. Remember he is a very honest mechanic, and to me that's worth it's weight in gold.

We stopped by because of a peculiar issue with my brakes. Brian looked at it right away and (since we'd arrived fairly late in the day) repaired the issue first thing in the morning. He was kind, clear, and even showed us exactly what had caused the problem. Great service, great price.
