The owner speaks to you with zero tact and his customer service skills are terrible. He told me they don’t do inspections in the rain when it wasn’t even raining, and then just walked away. There is also nowhere to park.

I highly recommend no one uses this shop. I brought my 2010 Toyota Highlander to his shop to be diagnosed and he told me it was my starter and radiator that needed to be replaced. I spent over $1000 for him to supposedly fix and replace the things he said needed to be replaced and three days later my vehicle did the exact same thing it did before I brought it to him. I spent more money to bring it back so he could fix what he said was the issue. He tried to tell me something else happened that was causing my vehicle to overheat and try to charge me another $300 to fix that issue when I challenged him on his missed diagnosis he got angry and told me I needed to get my vehicle off his property. This mechanic does not know how to conduct business nor talk professionally to people. Use him at your own risk.

Just had an inspection done, the owner did it very quickly and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I will be taking all my vehicles here in the future.

Great service! Owner was friendly and kept me updated on my repairs. And the costs were considerably cheaper than what I'd estimated they'd be. Professional and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be going back to them for my car repair needs

I would NOT recommend any person to this business, I tried to do business TWICE with this company and the first time I went the Asian owner (not caring who I was) took out his cell phone and started showing me NUDE photos of Asians girls( I was very much insulted); the second Time I went on June 1, 2024, at 8:05am, the Asian Owner began to use profanity on me in public for no reason at all. Either this owner suffers from mental illness or just doesn’t like Black people. I will definitely report him to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with EOCC 🤬

Just had inspection sticker done on my truck and if you have a problem with someone being straight forward and honest with you this place probably isn't for you, but I had a great experience with the owner and laughed harder than I have in a while. He even complimented my taste in music. Great hardworking folks with no nonsense. I'll definitely be back

The little man who walks around with the big pistol is VERY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and a COMPLETE IDIOT. I ask a simple question about my wife’s car smoking and he cursed me out. He going to get outta line with the wrong person for NO REASON and he better know how use his side piece, u can’t talk to grown people cursing for no reason…… he askn for it

Went to get a flat tire changed. The owner is an Asian guy who was being extremely rude to the elderly lady in front of me. He then asked me what I wanted, said I needed to get a tire changed. He proceeds to argue with me about what the word "change" means when the guy can hardly speak English in the first place. The elderly lady chimes in and tells him that he's wrong, he gets pissed off and tells me to leave. Something needs to be done about this guy. Would give a negative review if possible.

For over 34 years this is the ONLY auto repair shop I trust. Their work is always top notch and I've never been disappointed ever. They give honest estimates and never try to rip you off. They do good, honest work and that's worth everything. Best mechanics anywhere!

I had my CV joints changed. Tihn was highly recommend by several people and he did not disappoint. He's was significantly the cheapest out of the 3 places I called. He was kind and very transparent. I will definitely be a repeat customer. 👍

I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt! I saw some of the negative comments and hoped these were one off's. Tinh Nguyen is very rude and feels he can't be asked questions about repairs they supposedly made to a vehicle of mine! I don't suggest anyone not go to someone's place of business, each interaction can be different. Be ware of challenging their work and expect to get told off if you disagree with Tinh!

Mr. Tinh and his son really helped me out with a tire repair right before our planned beach trip. Picked up a nail in one of my tires and he was able to fix it very quickly and get me going. Great service. He and his son were professional and very friendly. Don’t be put off by the appearance of the shop. They know what they’re doing and get it done. Great experience.

I go here for all my car problems. He has a great sense of humor that might not be for everyone but he does great work. Give him a chance fair price and no hidden fees. But yes bring your car in early.

My wife went here to get an inspection sticker and the man that was supposed to be helping her was very rude, he call himself yelling at her, so she told him about himself. I would not recommend anyone go here for any service, they don't treat customers with respect especially not black women!

I came in my car, he left my driver license, registration, insurance card and cash on the car floor." The only thing difference is that he said I was rude for not staying in the car and that I was ugly. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get an inspection sticker. I thought he forgot about me. If I could rate with negative numbers, I would. I have to give a one star so I can post this. He probably needs to go to anger management class.

Very rude owner. I went in a little while ago for a simple bulb change and the owner yelled at the customer in front of me then he ignored me at the window, when I asked him how much he started yelling as well. He is a Really rude and disrespectful person
