**CAUTION** all the bad reviews are true, the owner himself (Hugo)lied to me. He sold me an engine for $1,500 he said he had just finished building it and that it was his last 350 engine. So I went to the bank to withdraw the money and when I got back before I even paid for it this workers were already loading itin my truck. Big Red Flag!!! Well Hugo told his workers to load a different motor in my truck. I didn't realize it until I got home cause it was wrapped in plastic wrap. Not only was it a different motor but the serial #'s were welded so I couldn't even get parts for it. RED FLAG!!! Or maybe it was a stolen motor. Who knows. The engine was painted black RED FLAG!!! When I confronted him he said he would give me my money back. Always take pictures of what your being sold and double check everything before you leave. This place is bad news, please shop somewhere else where your gonna be treated with respect and be sold the correct items. DON'T BE THAT IDIOT LIKE ME

Took a 90 tbi 350 to get rebuilt brought the motor home checked it out a notice the push rods where not new so pulled all the push rod lifters est found 6 bent push rods n my lifters where all use the only thing they actually replaced were my piston rings will not recommend anyone to take anything to get worked on here owner does not answer my phone calls and doesn't keep his word on his warranty

Worse machine shop ever. They ruined 2 of my heads by using a belt sander machine to resurface my head instead of the proper milling machine. Had to take my heads to another place. The heads all had deep scratches. Had to take to another shop. Luckily they were able to save them because the heads were for a newer Toyota Tundra. Would have costed $1200 to replace both.

I have taken 2 vehicles here and received great customer service and the pricing was very reasonable. Hugo was very honest and upfront about my vehicles and they are both running great now.

I should have listen to the review, but i figure give them a chance BIG MISTAKE i do not recommend i took my daughters car cylinder head to get machined and valves re sealed because they dont hold full compression well mechanic put together everything and still no compression air leaks terrible did a water test and 6 of them leak really bad i got charge $200 for it and problem did not get solved im a very busy man im not raking it to them bit i do not recomend!

Terrible experience, I had to bring my Chevys engine 5 times and it never worked. On top of bringing the engine back due to a terrible job, I didn't even get my refund. At the end I had to buy a new engine and should have never brought it here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where someone actually knows how to fix an engine. It will save you time and money.

I've taken Hugo a 454 gen lv, 5.7 hemi, 4.3 chevy. I've had no problems. Does what he says. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Attend a quincena on Saturday. The only thing wrong about the whole night… well there was no Air conditioning on. It felt horrible in there like a Sauna. We left early due to sweat.

I spoke to a young guy there that had great customer service and was knowledgeable so i left a cyl.head there to get cleaned up and pressure tested. Took head home after a couple of days and installed it and had the same problem...no compression. I took the head off again and noticed that the valves were not sealing when i realized that they did not pressure test it. I trusted their workmanship but after that I wont be going back anymore. I ended doing the valve job myself. And now car is running great. I will never go back again i thought id save time by going to them but boy aas i wrong.

Drove 2 hours for them to tell me they dont have the head I need ready. When I was clearly told they had a used one ready to go TWICE as I called to confirm before making the trip. Don't waste your gas / time. Wish I would have just gone to Houston. Another day wasted.

Took my v6 4.3 headers in for a valve job. Did what they needed to and replaced 2 bad valves plus cleaned them for me at no charge.

Do not take your business here as far as warranty work goes; they will never live up to their mistakes-There is a reason they are so cheap with their prices; they certainly have not stood up to their warranty with me and my rebuilt engine; Honestly The Owner has told me he will not stand up to their warranty; these guys gouge you any way they can and are very undependable and unreliable; They will never call you back and I have even have had the owner hang up on me. Yes you are correct I will take them to small claims court! If you can you take your business elsewhere then please for your own sake do it. Save yourself a lot of hardache instead of dealing with these hot heads. I have 2 engines I need rebuilt and they know this; I will never take anything there again! There are plenty of people that rebuild motors in San Åntonio-even if they're a little higher; at least they will warranty their work, and will at least halfway be honest and try to work with you. Dealing with these people has been a NIGHTMARE. Save yourself allot of trouble, take your business elsewhere
