First time at this location. Calculated would take up to 3 hrs for scheduled service and recall. Was put in less than 2 hrs. Declined additional service and tried to schedule but was told there was no appointment needed and I could stop by anytime I was ready for the additional filters to be replaced. Had my kids with me. Free internet, interesting coffee ☕ machine WITH hot chocolate. Vending machine, lounge room and kids toy room. Clean restrooms. Will be returning as it's closer than the dealership I purchased at. Thank you Honda of Hill Country ❤️❤️

My fault for not paying attention due to all the numbers during financing portion but the price they put down on paper talking to salesperson as well as confirming with the manager beforehand including ttl was not the same price I paid for during financing portion. Make sure to very carefully look at the paperwork as I thought I did. Very sneaky on the handoff between salesperson and finance. Will no longer buy from them again

Once we had agreed on a deal, we had to wait around for over an hour to finalize the transaction with the Finance manager. After the salesperson insisted that there would be "No Wartanty" as a used vehicle, fortunately the Finance manager realized that the car had less than 80k miles, so we were entitled to the 3000 mile/60 day "Dealer Warranty" I think the dealership knew that there had been a front end crash, because they had replaced the front bumper and the Windshield. ...but they did not initially disclose that. Upon leaving the dealership, the damaged 3-foot trim cowl around the left front tire blew off on the freeway. We'll see if the associated Lithia dealer in Clear Lake will make it good.

We called this dealership and asked “Jose” if they had a black on black on black civic in their lot and he said “yes” so we went and of course when we got there they told us “we don’t have a car like that here, it’s in transit” Jose lied and wasted our time and fuel in hopes that we “might be intrested in another civic color” well they were wrong! and for this we r taking our business elsewhere.

Can't trust them anymore. Was in for recall & an extra maintenance ck done, not requested by us. Was told extra work needed on CRV. $250 extra. My husband ok'd. After a google search by wife (at home) work not necessary. CRV only had 15,000 miles, running great, hwy use, and we always used top rated gas in it. 15,000-30,000 miles was range. Only do if problems. Never asked husband if it was running bad. Was to late to stop maintenance so we got stuck with $250 bill. Be careful with them pushing unnecessary work/charges onto you.

Extremely thankful that Hill Country worked my vehicle in since I wasn't sure my CRV was drivable due to all the emergency lights went off. Turns out I needed new fuel injectors and battery. I was 3000 miles over my warrenty and they went to bat for me with Honda. Thank you Honda for replacing the injectors under warranty. I had a great customer service experience. Every employee was knowledgeable & extremely polite. I definitely recommend using them for all your Honda needs.

Hill Country Honda replaced my 3 month old battery under warranty so there was no charge. They also recommended a coolant exchange, transmission fluid exchange and brake fluid exchange, which I declined. My 2019 CRV EXL has a very low 58,500 miles. I also received a free car wash.
