I can't recommend this shop enough. Not only is their work excellent but they really care about their customers. I've gone in for oil changes, full inspections, even had them go over my daughter's car after an accident to make sure she was safe to drive. They have my full trust that things are done right each visit!

Replace my cars fuel pump and solved a lot of issues with the way it runs by doing this....did a wonderful job and did the annual inspection on it and even check the air in my tires....great job as always

I began using this auto shop for all my services in either 2019. It began with inspections and oil changes, and has grown to them handling axel and transmission repairs/cares. I have always received great customer service when coming into their establishment, these guys work hard to get cars in and out in a timely fashion. Their establishment is very clean, and even the bathroom is more clean than I anticipated due to it being in the actual shop part of the building. I believe they give the best reasonable prices for all repairs and services. It can be difficult to find a credible auto company that does not try to hit you over the head with prices. I'll remain a customer as long as the moral of the company does not change. Great business guys, keep it up!

The shop is clean. Nice waiting area for customers. The staff were very courteous , friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a state inspection and one of my tires would not pass due to a nail in the side wall. Instead of just saying what was wrong and why it wouldn’t pass, they showed me the issue. This is something I truly appreciated! I was able to order two new tires and have them installed the very next morning. I will definitely be back for future car care.

I truly enjoy working with Hilliard Automotive! They did work on my car a couples weeks ago and then my engine light came back on. They contacted me to verify i was happy with the work and when i let them know my engine light was back on the immediately called me to set an appt to bring it back in and check it out. I arrived at my appt at 1pm they checked to see what was wrong, fixed the problem and had me out of there by 330pm. I won’t be having anybody else work on my car. Besides they great work that they do they have awesome customer service!

My experience was very very good. I was down due to the amount of work needed to be done on my Escalade as well as the high expense. Even though I was in a very bad mood, the staff, especially, Nestor, empathized and took good care of my vehicle in reasonable time. I have 2 other cars that I bring here from time to time and have always gotten great service. My only concern is that I could not use my car warranty that would have helped me out with some of the expenses but the great customer service and professionalism at Hilliard Automotive cannot be ignored plus they stand behind their work. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.
