Mark was helpful and extremely responsive. The shop resolved my initial problem quickly and when the issue persisted for another reason they were just as fast to order, acquire, and replace the parts. I highly recommend!

Amazing service! My battery died and they were the closest shop to get towed to. They were getting ready to close for the day and they stayed 90 minutes late to make sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely be going back.

The things I love about this place it is extremely convenient to get to.. the owner and his employees are sweet and kind. I love that they recommend certain things and it’s not about the money. They are honest and they do great work… it gets done fast. Thank you so much for your help on my mom’s van. 😊

Maan was clear in his assessment clear in his explanation and very personable in his manner. Very quick in turnaround. Excellent service. Pricing was higher than I would have liked, ( what auto repair isn't any more. [My point of reference is 1980]) !!! Only issue is Price. 4*s

Avoid. Charged us $160 to improperly diagnose and issue and then tried to charge us double what it should cost for a standard brake job. Brakes may be needed but the concerning sound we heard was fixed by tightening a wheel that was replaced a few days ago and you want to tell me that is my opinion but it is actually facts, my friend. Good luck scamming people!

Great service and communication. Needed to rebuild the differential on my F150, they got the job done, explained what was happening, I got to see the damage myself and they set proper expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Hi-Tech. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car, and the cost was reasonable. What impressed me most was their transparency – they explained the repairs in detail and even showed me the damaged parts. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it's hard to find that level of trust in the auto repair industry. I highly recommend Hi-Tech for their excellent service and honesty.

My go to shop for state inspection. In and out in less than 20 mins. Just make sure you make an appointment before going. Sometime the technicians may not be available. Also carry cash as cc can be charged extra.

My heroes! I needed my vehicle inspected and everywhere else I tried told me that I had to just show up at 8am, Mon-Fri, and wait around. I have a kiddo under age 2, so that would undoubtedly have been some kind of disaster. Hi-Tech worked with me on timing, and they were quick, friendly, and respectful!

My poor car has over 209,000 miles on it and a lots of sentimental value. I’ve taken my car to hundreds of places throughout the years and by far I trust his family with my car than any other place I’ve ever taken it to before this family has integrity, values, kindness, intelligence, knowledge, and does not gouge on prices. I highly recommend taking your car here to get it looked at and diagnosed or fixed.

The owner is very kind and has been in business for over 30 years. It is a family business, which I appreciate. They took me for an inspection as an unannounced walk-in, even though the inspector was due to leave in 10 minutes. I will be back for my other car maintenance needs. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Noticed a crooked steering wheel on newly purchased pre-owned car. had it "fixed" at another wheel alignment place in North Austin, to no avail. Brought it down here and they guys knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Perfect job.

The PCM in my Town car decided to stop working . It was replaced 3 times by other shops but they were unable to get the vehicle running properly. It sat at the other shops for 2 months. Finally I sent the car to Hi Tech and they fixed it! Within a week I was back on the road.

I originally posted the following two years ago and am editing it for no reason other than to add this note that nothing has changed - Hi-Tech is still number 1 for me. Have been using Hi-Tech for several years now. Charges are fair and service is outstanding! I've never before had a mechanic who was so willing to go the extra mile to help me out.

Only good thing is that they can see you literally on the spot if you come in with your vehicle. Other than that, be extremely mindful that if they can, they will take advantage of you and screw as much money out of you as they can. I was told I would need four new tires at $136 each. I only had two put in less than 6 months ago! Plus they charged me for a whole hour of labor. I went and got a free quote elsewhere and ended up replacing only two (which is what I thought I needed in the first place) for less than half the price this place gave me.

The reason for the 5 stars: Fast, fair & with quality. I needed repair work performed quickly for an A/C compressor issue, that I know is somewhat typical for the Honda CRV series, as we were just passing through on a drive across country. We were greeted by Mark & Maan at the front desk, of Hi-Tech Auto on Hwy 290, who were friendly and responsive to my situation. Maan was up front on what parts were typical for this type of repair and I knew he was being honest due to repairs I’ve done on the other CR-V’s I own. I was not turned away as I had been earlier in the day at another shop due to my time constraints. The shop had the repairs performed early the next day. The price was expensive ($1550 parts, refrigerant & labor) but I know that is fair for a compressor and condenser change out. Maan discussed other issues with the car (that I knew about already) but only performed the work I authorized. He also ensured I knew about the warranty that was good nationwide knowing that I was out of town. The A/C works great and no problems on the rest of our 1800 mile journey back to NY.

They lied to my face and ripped me off please avoid this place at all costs. They charged me $160 for a simple diagnostic test and then lied to me when they told me that my radiator has a leak and also that I had hoses that were leaking. I took it to a different mechanic who was honest. Avoid this place at all costs they lie and cheat their way all the way to the bank at your expense

This will be my new go-to auto repair shop. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. There are signs inside the office that say "No job is complete until the customer is happy". They ABSOLUTELY stand behind that. Great family and Great service. Feel good about leaving your repairs to this shop!
