Great service. This is the right size car repair shop. There is dedicated management, dedicated front desk staff and dedicated mechanics. This helps the mechanics focus and I feel I get better service from the desk. Highly recommended hi tech for small stuff and the big projects.

Jim and Gary did a great job of making everything convenient for us. Unfortunately car maintenance is a fact of life...like the dentist. You'll always want to go to a place you can trust and has been in business for many years. Hi-Tech is that place. Rest assured you'll get top notch service at more than competitive prices. Without a doubt, Hi-Tech Car Care makes you feel like a member of the family. They care for you as if you were related to each and every one of them. I took my new-to-me 29 year old jeep wrangler in for some repairs and an overall check up. They fixed my issues and recommended some other repairs that made sense given the car's age. They communicated with me well and even let me leave the jeep for a couple of weeks while i was out of town. Overall it was a great experience!

gary and jim are always ready to help with any of my car problems. and never charged just to look for a problem. i also like having a check of my car problem to find what is needed to fix the problem without a 180 dollar charge as the chrysler/ jeep dealer does. my dad had a willys car and jeep dealership back in the fifties and sixties plus esso gas and mechanical repair garage and they never charged to find the problem. thanks jim for your excellent job.

Shout out to Gary, Jim and Ron they are there for me. New to Hybrids they are very tolerant of my lack of knowledge about my vehicle. However, they are always willing to help and educate me. They have earned my trust, and I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else.
