Got oil change today 9.11.24. These people don't k own what they are doing. They messed up my tire pressure from perfect 33 psi to 45 psi , glad I checked after driving my car on the highway, and it felt funny. Oil change was performed by a young kid and done incorrectly as well. Fresh oil was put in before the old oil was completely drained out. Now I am qr of oil short after it settled. Called and spoke with Armen - manager. No help at all. I was being nice explaining to him that his personnel is not properly trained, and he needs to invest time into telling them the way it is done. Instead of being professional and admitting the fault of his guys, he went offensive defensive. This is not how you handle customers' complaints . Pictures of the oil reservoir and wrong tire pressure were provided, and nothing was done on the business side. Stay away from this place unless you want your engine to blow up.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and I’ll never come back here again. The owner should pay attention to the new people he hired to work at the cashier and come up to cars and push specials, they will ruin your customer base, they are rude and have no idea how to normally offer specials.

One of the best car wash in the area there price might seem expensive but worth it always chose there Vip plus package they really do amazing job you always want to leave tip for them they do deep cleaning inside out and detailing polish and they also have very good car accessories and very good staff very professional I always clothes place and from past 04 year not ever think to go any where else its like a car spa for car heaven for person who love there vehicles. 100 💯 recommended

Я думал, что дно в качестве оказания услуг в Бруклине по мойке трудно уже пробить , но этой мойке с каждым годом удается это все глубже и глубже. Они даже уже не напрягаются когда их спрашиваешь, после «мойки», насчет того будут ли вашу машину мыть вообще. Весь алгоритм их работы в том, что бы облить Вашу машину водой, потом «обо$ать» ваш салон какой то жидкостью из одного и того же флакона , это все растереть и потом, когда вы аху&&те от того какая ваша машина осталась не мытая, вам предложить или позвать кого то или вип сервис. Как с такими отзывами и оценками они до сих пор на плаву, наверно известно только одному Богу…. P.S. Фото чисто для воспоминания. Можно было всю машину снимать без остановки - не промахнетесь мимо не мытого пятна.

Some times the service is better than others. You Can have a guy that really cleans you car, But u can find a guy that don’t do great job. But I still like this place. I recommend it.

Went for oil change today by 5:40pm and don't live in neighborhood expecting it to close by 6pm as per reported closing time. What a waste of time as they would not do it while there were only 2 cars there. I would not come back here as they don't value my time.

Worst service in Brooklyn! Left without waiting for the body to be wiped. The car came out covered in foam, if I had not intervened, it would have been wiped off like this

Came in to get a wash left with emergency window breaker used on my windshield for not giving tip straight in the workers hand. Horrible, disgusting workers. Never again.
