I went in to buy 4 new tires. He sold me 4 used tires at new tire prices. You can look on a tire and see the week and year they were made. I told him I wanted tires made in 2022 he sold me 2021's the exact ones he originally tried to sell me as used. I spent $400 and he would not give me any paperwork. Now I can't get him on the phone. I'ma report him to the attorney general, better business bureau and we're going to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH JOSE! Not an honest man..at least he's not with black women. He takes advantage of people.

They normally do my tire stuff.. thought I had a possible bad rim on new snowtires.. (already mounted). He explained the shimmy I felt, was a too aggressive snowtread... ,*** the next shop I stopped at,, won't mention name by parkave & 480, rechecked them for me, advertising me balanced and fine.. & shouldn't cause any problems or shimmy... GEE.. who's was right? (But I did have a shimmy with them ! Remounted my originals with no shimmy).

Went in for a 20 patch tire still had air in it because I didn't take out the screw make it easier to find an I left employee unattended came back an there was a slice on the side of tire so I couldn't get it patched but still was charged for it 🙃never was the tire placed in water to look for other possible problems never will I go back or recommend anyone else if do don't leave there side....

Nice and hospitable. Quick turn around on tire morning and installation. Did it all in an afternoon. Price was very fair. Would definitely recommend. I'll be returning when I need more tires.

So, a front passenger tire that needed to be fixed. I initially went to Walmart Auto Center and was told that I would have to leave my car overnight for service. The next day I came here to H&M Auto Sales, and Edgar was working here and eager to help me. He motioned me into a jack space and in 8 minutes he had a new tire with my factory rim on the car. His work is awesome and it was dirt cheap 45 dollars. If you don't stop here you are losing. He also does brake changes, but make sure to bring your own parts. Habla Espanol y Ingles (English speaking as well).
