This place provides excellent service for your BMW and other European cars. I have been bringing numbers of Bimmers and Porsches to this place for several years now and always received an exceptional service. Josh has been very professional and truly honest. Well deserved five star vote!

HMB provides honest, personal and caring service. The customer service and repairs are excellence. They have great knowledge of BMWs and especially older models such as E30 and E46. Extra care is taken to be sure the car is performing at it best.

Long story short Had an electrical fire at a track day, o2 sensors caught on fire and a swap was needed Take my car to the shop for repairs. I took new o2 sensors, DME Harness as well since they were damaged. Take my car in explain what occurred, kool. Get a call the next week saying my brake booster hose was also damaged. They said they will look around for 1, days go by and I am following up with them in regards to whether they found the part or not. Days go by and I just tell them that I will order it since times just going by. Next day part gets there . Get a call today 6/3 at 1 pm saying my car is good to go now, we just see oil in the DME but it runs. Ok if it runs no need to swap part in my opinion. Told them I will be omw with the front bumper and skid plate since I removed those for trailer access. Get there and I’m advised to come back at 4 so they can install the last parts. Get there, hear my car misfiring and now I’m told it may be due to the DME. Basically ended up paying 1400 for essentially nothing when I was told my car was good to go. Not only did I waste my time but I wasted my rides time to have a ride to the shop which is an hour away. All in all I wasted 1400$ when I was told by Josh my car ran, so now I need someone to drive an hour to pick me up and drive a whole hour back home. Time and money wasted. I’m not the one to give bad reviews but how do we tell a customer hey your car is good, then to get there, find out it’s not good and still have to pay 1400?? Makes no sense. I get it it’s a business, but how do we say it’s good when it isn’t? Not too mention paying 1400 for something not resolved.

Took a E39 M5 in for service and was not disappointed. Walked me through a few things to keep an eye on and made notes of future service items. Had a service light for the brake lights come on a mile down the road and turned around to see if the could help out. Josh stopped what he was doing, popped out the assembly and quickly replaced the bulb. This place has my business for life. If you’re a BMW fan, there are some impressive rides in the lot and shop as to be expected.

As a BMW enthusiast who is in love with his car, I can’t express how grateful I am to have come across HMB Motorwerks. I am convinced that Stoyan and Josh are more capable than your local BMW dealer. I’ve always taken my car to Valley BMW in Modesto. My service advisors constantly told me that the transmission never needs to be serviced and is good for the “lifetime” of the vehicle. My 2015 328i was about to roll over 195K miles and I didn’t want to just wait for catastrophic transmission failure based on bad advice from my vehicles maker. Valley BMW’s quote made me start searching for 4RUNNERS as I understood that I simply couldn’t afford to pay for needed preventative maintenance services that were worth more than my cars value. I came across HMB Motorweks through a Google search and reading the reviews gave me hope that I can get some more miles out of the car I fell in love with. You can see the passion for the craft of working on BMW’s radiating off Josh and Stoyan while speaking to them. This will be the only place I take my BMW to from now on. Thank you guys so much; she’s shifting smooth like new and no slips when I let her rip!

This shop is awesome!!! Took in my car that was having issues with a sensor and Josh (owner) was able to resolve it in a day. Super clean shop and very professional team!!! Highly recommend this shop!!!!!

Reached out to Josh at hmb and he was helpful and fast. I ultimately did the repair myself to save myself some $ because I could do it and get it done. I was going to do the repair myself and he followed up since he had not heard from me know the quote he had given me and he offered to sell me the parts and was just checking in to see if I still needed help. That's good customer service. I recommend Josh at HMB

Very happy with the top quality work performed by Josh and his team at HMB Motorwerks. Honest and masters of BMW cars. Had manual swap to 6 speed manual performed recently on my E46 BMW M3 and Josh was fantastic to work with and kept in touch throughout the process and now car drives better than new.

This is a beautiful garage filled with wonderful M cars and extremely caring employees. I am very picky about who does work on my BMW and I could tell that this shop knew their stuff. My work was handled quickly and reasonably priced. I appreciate the staff and their time. They didnt even make fun of my dirty car! Hopefully I dont have to come back soon, but if my car has issues, this is the first place I will go.
